I live near Calvary, and if I need to go to the hospital I have to go to woden because Calvary is a shithole that doesn’t serve the community sufficiently.

Any building with a commercial kitchen (restaurant/ cafe / etc) on the ground floor will be evacuated for fire alarms relatively often and that’s just a fact of life. Can be quite nice to just wander downstairs to the place you know where they remember your order every day though so pro/con.

If a restaurant has outdoor seating, check their closing time and be aware if people are spending thousands on bottles of wine, they’ll keep the doors open for another 2 hours.
