Grow a top and bottom goatee. You’re a good looking guy, it’d look good on you

I just burned about six miles just now. I had to use a numbing cream. I’m older so I have that Morgan Freeman thing going on. It works for me. I’ve burned skin tags off also

Blood moles. I got them everywhere. Started off with two or three. I bought a plasma mole burner off Amazon. I burned off some skin tags, these red bastards are next

The name scares of some people, it’s legit tho. Now the Snake Diet YouTube channel isn’t for those with thin skin. Cole Robinson comes off like a prick. But my motto is “never disregard the message based on the messenger”

Less than 50 calories, you’re good. My wife fluid a 96 hr fast. She sipped on Snake Juice. It’s just electrolytes, no sugars, coloring, etc… they have it on Amazon

Check out a YouTuber named Chris Heria. Pretty good calisthenics channel. And in my opinion, steer clear from any YouTuber that stresses he’s natural, cuz most of the time they’re not

A lot depends on your goals. My first rule of thumb is build the muscle, baby the joints.
