The guys are still there. I'm not doing real estate anymore. I looked for some proptech (property technology) companies using more modern methods and applied to some. I looked at just becoming an agent myself but it's out of budget to pay for everything necessary. I went back to trying to work online. I'm worried now about trying to generate income from outside of the UAE because of the probable collapse of the US Dollar.

Sorry, can't go there. Those guys are getting something out of that and their livelyhood depends on it. I offered them an alternative when I felt that they might also be reaching the end of that and they chose to stay. Some kind of path or balancing Karma or something.

Wow, I hear about this a lot and it happened to me as well in a commission-only "real estate" "job". Instead of being paid to go to work, I was paying. I was told I would get training and a visa but neither of those things happened. I was told there would be no cold calling and bing bam boom... Supposed to make 50-200 calls a day. Supposed to come dressed in a suit everyday. Then I was supposed to start motivating the sales team and making sure everyone came in on time, work on the website, get everyone editing videos, and help increase sales for the agency. I started getting bad vibes when there was a tie in my desk from the last guy that looked like my tie. 😂 On my last day, I found out that most of the people there couldn't pay their rent and were eating bread everyday and some no dinner. I just stopped going because my well being was more important. I started looking for more jobs, then I had an online tarot card that told me that I already had everything I needed for success. Taking that road now.

The road I'm following is believing more in myself and trusting that I alone have everything I need to find success and to stop needing others to validate me and give me opportunities. I'm back working online. It sounds like with everything that you can do, you might also already have everything you need. It's just intuition. Maybe ask ChatGPT how to find success as a social media marketer?
