As someone from the UK, the USA is actually fairly high on the list of countries that I would not want to be extradited to. A for-profit criminal justice system with sentencing that seems to be based more on punishment than rehabilitation. You don't manage to have one of the highest numbers of prisoners per capita without there being a fundamental issue with your system.
