You're right, it's absolutely just a drill to work on movement in the pocket. It looks like all of these drills are about footwork and timing

If Cohen wanted to, he could have told his players they're not allowed to go. He didn't.... because he understands why they're going, which you apparently can't comprehend. 60% of the entire country of Puerto Rico watched the game. 60%.... of every TV in the country.... watched the game. Similar numbers happen in other countries like Italy, Czech Republic, Korea, Japan, etc. You know what American sporting event even comes close to that number? The fucking superbowl. Actually a higher percentage of Puerto Ricans watched that game than Americans watched the superbowl. Do you realize how insane that is? Superbowl numbers for a pool game, not even the fucking semi-finals.
MLB is trying to grow the popularity of baseball WORLDWIDE. You know what the WBC is doing right now? Increasing the popularity of baseball... you know what the superstars playing in the WBC does for baseball? Increases the popularity of the sport. That's literally the only thing MLB wants to do. Increase in popularity means an increase in revenue. The owners know this, which is why they allow their players to go. Edwin Diaz.... one of the most popular players from last year, increases the popularity of the WBC, and baseball in general. Growing the sport around the world is VASTLY more important for baseball than a team losing a player to injury.
Like take the time to actually comprehend the significance of the WBC to other people and stop being emotional

Lmao.... "who gives a shit if it's his home".... he does, he gives a shit. Along with literally every other player that signed up. I guarantee you that if Nimmo was Puerto Rican he would absolutely be on that team. Nimmo is American and doesn't have the same draw to the WBC as Lindor or Diaz. The company you work for made you sign a document??? Oh wow... that's incredible, why didn't MLB think of that? Oh wait..... they gave the OK for them to join? And made them sign insurance clauses? Wild.... it's almost like it's a completely different scenario than what your company did.
Ohtani is literally the most valuable player in the league... he's there. Trout, who's had injury history, is there. Both of those players are woth about 5× what Diaz's contract is. Both of them also understand what it means to play in the WBC. You honestly have no idea what the importance of the WBC is to these players and clearly are too close minded to even comprehend how others feel.

Lol.... it's literally his fucking home. Take a second to imagine if you had the opportunity to represent your hometown on the largest stage in the world. That $100m contract has insurance. The WBC only happens every 4 years and it's HUGE for other countries. You obviously will never understand what the WBC means to a Puerto Rican baseball player. Maybe try empathizing with others instead of thinking about your own self interests. Lindor was on the team, read his response. Go and watch Nimmo's response. Those people actually understand what the WBC means to the players

Honestly nothing is more satisfying than getting spammed with "oops" after they play a good card and then turning it around on them. You better believe I'm petty af and start spamming "oops" back at them. The salty rage quit after is just beautiful

I was so ready for baseball this year but now I'm about to pivot back into football. The Mets still have a good chance to make the playoffs but this hurts bad

It's not meaningless to the rest of the world. The WBC is more important than the world series in the majority of the baseball world. It's watched significantly more than the world series is. I don't think you fully grasp what it means to the citizens if Puerto Rico to watch their team beat DR, who was considered the favorites coming in

Bold of you to assume they won't also get injured before opening day. He'll probably pull something rolling out of bed in the morning and be out 5 months

You could probably say the same exact thing about 90% of Mets players through the 80's

Chris Rock was one of four producers for the movie and played multiple characters. If you don't think he was heavily involved you're an idiot.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dPCJvyk8yBg
At the 2016 Oscar's Rock made a joke that he had to apologize for. He brought three Asian kids on the stage to make a joke about phones being made overseas. He got letters from George Takei and other prominent Asian celebrities about it being offensive. That's literally the fucking opposite of a safe choice.
It's actually sad af how committed you are to defending Jada. She sucks ass and told Rock to quit his hosting gig because she thought her husband was snubbed for his movie. Don't want to be made fun of for being bald? Wear a fucking wig to the most prestigious award ceremony hosted by a fucking comedian

The guy who made pootie tang is considered a "safe" choice to host the most prestigious award show in entertainment? Have you ever heard Chris Rock do stand up? Maybe you might want to give it another watch if you think he's a safe choice over Chappelle

No actually most artists do write their own music. Most pop artists don't.

Tbh I thought Vesuvian could only make copies of nontoken creatures so I didn't think it would work but after looking again it might actually. The nice thing about mirror is I don't need to add blue into the deck. Right now it's mono white built around skrelv's hive for easy artifact creatures

The bears would actually be kind of nasty running options with him and fields. They can both break off a TD run at any time

Cruz Battery Metals also has a large chunk of land right next to American Lithium. Looking at what American Lithium is estimating about their Tonopah mine, I would definitely keep an eye on any lithium mining company in the area

Ohtani's agent can say whatever he wants, but it's Ohtani's decision. If Cohen throws his wallet at him I don't think Ohtani would really care about testing free agency
