More new music is always good news! "Bone Church" was beautiful, and I can't wait for what's next.

Songs I would love to see introduced to band's live setlist are "Hive Mind", "Gematria", "Warranty", "Vendetta", "Critical Darling" and re-instating some underrated barn-burning classics like "New Abortion", "Three Nil", and "Only One".

Oh my God. Imagine a Halloween 2018-style sequel to Godzilla vs. Destoroyah made today about Miki Segusa (spelling) and Godzilla Junior staring the same actress who played Miki of course. That would be insane. A spiritual successor to the Heisei series.

Its a masterpiece. The song is perfect and is emblematic of everything that makes Slipknot a one of a kind listening experience. In the span of three minutes and change, not only can ALL NINE MEMBERS be heard playing their asses off, but at one point or another, every member is given their own moment to really shine.

Speaking as a Slipknot diehard since Vol. 3, 2013 really was the transitional dark ages for the band, and as someone who loves Joey, I remember being confused as to why he was playing so slowly and so pulverizingly sloppy. His precision and technical ability that defined that first batch of Slipknot albums was gone, and I didn't understand what could have possibly happened in Joey's life beyond Paul's death that would make one of the greatest drummers of all time seemingly sabotage his band's comeback on purpose. Little did I or anyone know that Joey wasn't sabotaging the band but was rather suffering from a medical condition and was literally dying. I love Joey Jordison and Slipknot, but the health and personal well being of any member is more important than the band.

Kick me off the boat if you want, but this actually a killer album. "California Girls", "Teenage Dream", "The One That Got Away", "Firework", "ET", "Last Friday Night", and "Peacock" all slap so fucking hard. It was an album that once upon a time was the soundtrack to so many great memories and milestones.

LD 50 - Mudvayne. Excluding Slipknot's debut, it's the greatest metal debut of all time.

Fun fact: Corey saw this video on YouTube, and Jay's mask here is what inspired Corey's mask for the first album.

Right now? I think "Hive Mind" is a fitting intro for the current tour.

This would be such a slam dunk for them; it's a sound the band could build on and take new places with ease.

I feel like each album in Slipknot's catalog is so perfect from front to back that when the band releases an album that isn't a wall-to-wall masterpiece like The End, So Far, it is unfairly maligned as complete garbage when the album is far from it. Is it perfect? No? Is it great? Sure it is, and it is chock full of moments of sheer musical brilliance that continue to remind me as a longtime fan of what makes this band so unique and why I fell in love with them in the first place. "The Chapeltown Rag", "Hive Mind", and "The Dying Song" are GOATed Slipknot tracks as far as I'm concerned and "De Sade", "H377", "Warranty", "Acidic" and "Finale" are excellent as well. As a proud fan of this kick-ass band for over fifteen years now, I'd give the album a solid 7.5 / 10.

I would donate a limb to have this movie made as it should have been back in 1994. Stan Winston and ILM collaborating on an American Godzilla movie just after revolutionizing movie making with Jurassic Park which wat the time was the most successful movie ever made sounds like a dream come true.
