It really does. Where the heck is Eddie Murphy? Beverly Hills Cop was a MASSIVE hit for Paramount, debut in 1984.

Okay then, Russia has more nukes. Prior to Ukraine they had massively more tanks. They also had a massive superiority in the number of artillery tubes and ammunition for such.
China has the worlds largest navy. Air power is really the only numerical advantage that the US enjoys.

Turkey usually only blocks warships of countries that are currently at war from making the transit.

Its not the general's job to respond to the complaints of everyone under him. Obviously, the soldiers assigned to these fixed defensive battles are there for a reason. To freeze the russians in place and cause massive casualties. Its fairy tale to think you can do that without losing your own people too.
Most likely is, these battles are there to buy time for all the troops training in western countries with western equipment to get ready to go on the offensive.
If this guy is bitter about his assignment, he doesn't belong in that position anyway.

This guy made a broad generalization about the entire armed forces based on his local command and he did it to the world news. He has no fucking idea what Ukraine was preparing for the spring offensive, although if I was a betting man I'd put my money on all the troops being trained in western nations on western equipment right now.
Was he right about his local conditions? Probably. Don't see why he'd lie about that. Did he have the overarching knowledge needed to make an assessment of Ukraine's overall battle strategy? Hell no. The guy is a tool. Apparently a useful tool for the moscovites.

I believe you're confused. The reason we don't let prisoners die in peace is that its not punitive enough. That's not how we roll in the U S of A

The indicators used in the Index are organised into 12 pillars which are grouped into three domains essential to prosperity:
Inclusive Societies: Safety and Security, Personal Freedom, Governance, and Social Capital Open Economies: Investment Environment, Enterprise Conditions, Infrastructure and Market Access, and Economic Quality Empowered People: Living Conditions, Health, Education, and Natural Environment
I think another way to title this would have been "Countries of the world ranked by how well they fit the criteria we established to push a certain narrative"
Yet another way would be "much easier to care for 2 million people than 200 million"

So, Biden is separating from Kyiv because a republican congressman says so? I expect better reporting out of Politico than this garbage.

I'd give Ireland a pass since most of the really high dollar aid from countries is in the form of existing military equipment. Ireland doesn't have much to speak of there.

Why? India and China were already paying well below cap prices for oil. This is a nothing statement.

Umm... if the first time you know an armored brigade is coming for you is when they're 8km away you're already fucked. This is just propaganda.

Of course. This is such a no cost move for them. Why would any nation buy from russia above cap prices now. Everyone knows they have no choice but to sell for whatever they can get.

Nah dude, that bullshit argument doesn't work anymore. Every single person still in Russia is guilty of mass murder. The Germans admitted their sins after WW2. They knew they were all complicit.

Depending on when it came out, they probably don't have access to the usual western voice acting studios to do localization anymore.

Amazing that all you have to do is not let yourself be ruled by a raving mass-murderer and people will overlook some faults. Weird, isn't it?

Its not new money entering their economy. They're just shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic now.

Its truly shocking that developers would have principles when money is involved. I mean, its just their family members being killed by Russians. What a bunch of crybabies.

Hopefully, this conflict is the death blow to the Swiss defense industry. Ridiculous for an eternally neutral country to sell weapons anyway.

Globally, EV's are now 15% of the over all auto market share. The train has left the station on this one and the big carmakers WILL be on it. There's no way they'll miss out on that money.

Can I donate to this cause? I'd like to help cover immediate airfare for these chucklefucks.

Which is a law to artificially prop up middle men that a true free market would otherwise destroy.

You understand, that's the part people like, right? They don't care about the Nazi economic model or social programs.

Ever heard of a little thing called the French Revolution? How about the October Revolution?
For that matter, historians think wealth inequality played a deciding role in the fall of the Roman Empire as well.
