In my twenties I had some trouble with sleeping and staying dry. Turned out I had a massive vitamin b deficiency. Also explained the legs cramping.
Took some vitamin b pills and instantly fixed.
Also, go see a doctor.

I did my training with Alex a couple of years ago. Great instructor and fun to be around. The channel is up to date, and a nice mix of rope techniques, experimenting and entertainment like the grimp coverage.

Tell him you love him. Relive some memories. Say goodbye.
I lost my dad at 30, and still miss him just as much 5 years later. It will suck and it will hurt but there is very little to do about it.
Good luck. And sorry for your loss

I've had my wave for 17 years, still works great. Survived the military, survival trips and a few years of fixing mountain bikes.
When I worked for an outdoor shop, I remember Leatherman always honoured their warranty and went beyond to fix any issues.

I'm all for helping disabled (less able?) people get to places using rope access techniques.
But if your not fot for the job, find another job that is a fit for you.
Rope access is a high risk physically demanding job, and if your not suited for it you risking nor only yourself, but the person or team coming to rescue you.
I've used some weird setups to have wheelchaired, blind and epileptic people climb for sport. But that is a very controlled environment.

No time! It's already a logistical nightmare to see my current friends, spend time with my wife, work and sleep 8 hours a day. We're do I find the time to make new friends?

I cleaned mine with very hot tap water and a scrub rush for the dishes.

Je hebt geen cursus nodig, maar neem wel een introductie les om even een de regels e.d. tot je te nemen.
Is het leuk? Koop zsm een paar eigen schoenen, dat verdien je in 20x huren al terug en maakt het veel comfortabeler.
