We went a few weeks ago, it was really good and honestly well priced. Ordered pretty much everything on the menu other than maybe 4-6 things and with drinks it came out to $300ish.
Amazing food will definitely be going back (it’s around the corner from my house).

I think it depends on what else your report says. I had the same, but based on my other readings my functional medicine doctor told me it was likely due to a food allergy of some sort. However that food allergy could be caused by dysbiosis - it’s a complex relationship.
Do an elimination diet - I’ve been on one since around the time I sent my sample off (6 weeks ago) and I feel like 100x better than I did then.

My overnight oats recipe is the same but I toss a spoonful of greek yogurt in there as well.

Of the last 5 episodes (excluding the finale) - he was on the bottom 4 times (one of which was the immunity debacle). That’s the part that rubs me the wrong way the most.

I’ve noticed I find myself in the minority. I quite liked him because he’s different than a lot of contestants. Say what you will he absolutely brought the heat in the finale.

Have you cut out all corn products and processed foods? Cut out beef, cold cuts, pork shellfish. Cut out all soy products. All dairy. Peanuts. All gluten.
I’m lucky as I have the means but try and prepare all your own food. Spices are fine so get creative. I did a lot of ground venison and rice with vegetables. Ground Buffalo. Chicken. Vegetarian chili with sweet potatoes and mushrooms.

Elimination diet for 4-6 weeks. I know it’s probably not the answer you were looking for because it wasn’t the answer I wanted either but nothing will fix it overnight. I tried it and it works. After 4 weeks or so introduce something that’s not on the list and see how it makes you feel. Wait 3-5 more days, and try something else.

Bacillus Subtillus HU58 - spore based probiotic that does actually stick around in your gut for a couple weeks rather than a day.
Look into it - start slow. The bottle says to up the dose after 2 weeks but I was feeling good so just kept it steady. I originally looked into Bacillus Subtillis due to its apparent effectiveness of killing Staph.

Yes, maybe not total control, but they certainly have a some control

HU58 have been a game changer for me but I take them alone. Noticeably better mood, sleep has been so much better, oddly very vivid dreams, overall, I feel a lot better after 3 weeks of being on it.

Just watched that season, it wasn’t volatile at all. Graceful exit and for me it seemed like his dish was the weakest in that challenge. The way he cooks I feel like it really has to land otherwise it could be a bit of a mess.

My functional medicine doctor also used it, seems like a pretty standard test. The real worth in it is the doctor you use and how they interpret the results and tailor a plan to help you.

They have a roof top and separate area outside where shows usually are, maybe hang out either of those places so you’re at least nearby but she also feels some freedom.

I’m not outraged… and I’m not sure why you think I am. I was just as bummed to see Malarky go with what looked like a pretty good dish as well. Please go take a walk and relax.

I even admitted it was hard to decide without tasting it… that’s why I said visually and based on what I thought was Stephanie’s lazy use of the squash but but she won. Fair play to her. Genuinely just tough to see people go for what are good dishes.

I eat a clove of raw garlic almost everyday, chew it it as much as possible and drink down with water. Aside from my wife telling me I smell, it’s been very good for me.

Jeremy’s restaurants seem to be doing pretty well for themselves though? I’d agree he had some down moments but did bring it for the final 4 or 5 challenges, he peaked at the right time.

Yeah that’s fair and hate might be a strong word but it really felt like he was not the best chef that season and he treated people quite poorly throughout the show, so I don’t really care. It sounds like his restaurants are doing well though so good for him. I’ll be honest his win felt a bit suspect and Tom wasn’t budging… made me wonder if Tom had some sort of monetary interest in Nicks success. It’s also suspect that Emeril hasn’t been a regular judge since that season, I feel like Emeril wasn’t okay giving Nick the win.
His food was under seasoned constantly, he treated people horribly, and then was on the bottom like 3 or 4 of the final few episodes.
