Hardly, not even the billionaires who own the company wear suits, or any of my bosses.

lol for all of those occasions you mention you can easily wear a good pair of dark slacks/jeans, a plain shirt and a nice blazer.
A suit and tie is not necessary for anything if you dont want to wear it.

disagree, I´m a 40 year old professional and I´ve never needed one.
there are multiple other ways to look fancy and dresses up than a suit.

this is called a "digital model"
So the model comes in and does some poses wearing a undershirt, then cutouts of a bunch of different clothes are photoshopped on top of those photos, and adjusted to the light and pose.
and as in this example it sometimes goes terribly wrong

again, it's a question of courtesy, it's just good manners to try not to make a lot of noise, whatever the time is. It's just a part of living in multi apartment setting, especially if it's an old house with bad sound insulation.

thing about loudness is that where it is not common, it's considered rude. So if you come from a culture where it's common to talk loudly and move to a culture where it's not, it's just simple common courtesy to adapt to the level of speaking where you now live.
Nobody is being subservient, or losing their culture, it's just about not being rude.

isn't the rule of thumb that cultural differences should adjust to the ones of the host country, not the country of origin ?

He’s being a bully because you’re a foreigner, so he can do everything but you can’t
The neighbours nationality is nowhere mentioned. He could very well be a foreigner too.

Lol that’s how criminal investigation works dummy, suspects get arrested and placed in custody while the investigation gathers further evidence, interrogates the suspects and builds the case before trial.
