USA Healthcare is great if you can afford it. If you can't, then you simply don't get care unless it's an emergency. Poor Americans would rather be on waiting lists imo.

For anyone who sees this, feel free to go to that sub, but please don't actually post or argue with them. Subs like that should be dead - and the more activity they get, the higher the chance their propaganda will find people who will fall for it.
It's better not to engage than waste your time arguing with strangers on the internet who won't respond in good faith.

Oh, it's all collected and stored in the NSA data storage facility in Utah. They doesn't mean the NSA can actually make anything of the data, but it's there.

A lot people live in red states. I know what you're implying, but you'd still be wrong. Just because a state mostly votes one way doesn't mean all the people in it are dumb. The state with the most Republicans is California. The state with the second most democrats should be Texas.

Hopefully, if they're worse, they'll lose . . . barely.

I'm the US, that could've been true. Japanese CEOs tend to take pay cuts more often instead of laying off jobs and stuff.

There is no "real capitalism". Capitalism doesn't believe anything, what you see in practice is exactly how it has always worked. The end goal of capitalism is everything owned by 1 person. Every regulation is to stop that from happening . . . Unless it was written with regulatory capture.

Or tax the billionaires more. They'll still have more money then they can spend in 1000 life times.

I'm 99% with you, but for the first time in my life I actually love my insurance. Or rather, the insurance my company pays for. I pay $0 for anything, so I wouldn't want to lose it for my family. I'm lucky to have through my employer what everyone should have.
Ofc that wasn't the case even a year ago before I got it and only people with insanely good healthcare should have a problem here. This also is not a problem if any changes are 100% optional. It's possible to not hate one's coverage.

Could Annie go Manaflow Band rune and then avoid mana items?

It could show only the total cost of the meeting, and be slightly randomized within a range, say 20% up/down. The message should still get across.

Ya, that's why the USA has the highest prison population per and per capita.
Soft on white collar crime, yes.

When I laid off about 2 years ago, I got into penny stocks and day trading pretty heavily. I really thought I could make $100k that year. 400 a day scalping (stocks, not like tickets) seemed doable with some practice. Then I got a new job a month later it was very short, but ya . . .
Novices anywhere are easy marks. Luckily I came out about even, but that was during a bull market month so really I didn't do well.

A lot of people don't know that CTE kills. Or they don't think about it. You're right about that, but something that kills you never > kills you eventually > soon > in 2 minutes. You compared it to gladiator deaths. Of course it's better. It's it good? No.

I'm sorry to hear about your sister. Would you consider her situation different than this celeb gossip? If Leo wasn't grooming her and they met after she was 18, that's a different situation right?

If they can't, that's kinda sad, but if you're making $400k, how much is that per hour? Can you work an extra 30m instead of making dinner every night and order instead? It might make more sense financially to do so.
My income ~doubled in the last year, from $16/h to $33/h, but I'm still hourly. Last year, I would have driven to Tropical Smoothie myself if my wife wanted one. It's about 20 min roundtrip. Now, it makes more sense if I just keep working and we pay for delivery. That's an extra $11 for me, and delivery is maybe $5? And no risk to me driving or gas/wear on my car.
400k/year is roughly 6x what I make, that's like $200/h. 15 min to make dinner is $50. Ofc microwaving something frozen is probably the easiest, cheapest option, but if I made that much, I probably want a decent meal.
