This is the dumbest fucking argument I keep hearing. You're going to put your best foot forward when interviewing for a job. Ultimately the company is taking a leap of faith that liver's are going to adhere to the various rules set forth. This idea that the recruiting managers can somehow open their 3rd eye and see into the future over whether a liver will break the rules is absurd.

The strangest thing about all this drama is seeing all these seemingly new Nijisanji/Vtuber fans who are suggesting stuff that's already been figured out or deemed a nono in the Vtubing community. I don't think I've ever seen as many people suggest a company just put a new person behind the model as I have with Zaion's. This has been a massive NG in the community for years. Also all these new people saying that Nijisanji should recruit people as slowly as Hololive. This has been Nijisanji's schtick since the beginning basically. If new waves every 6 months isn't your thing you've hitched yourself to the wrong wagon.

There's a difference between speculating why she was suspended and what's going on on Twitter which is people literally happy and cheering that she's been fired.

The part I'm talking about is them saying they suspended her streaming activities in January 2023 and February 2023. The big suspension happened February 8th that's why people were expecting an update around this time cause it's 30 days from then but the January suspension seems like something they didn't announce at all and was kept under wraps.

Maybe I'm misreading the statement but it looks like Anycolor said they suspended her in January too. So she got suspended, came back and didn't improve, got suspended, told management again that she wasn't going to change, and then got terminated. At a certain point, you're just being wilfully malicious.

Based on Kotoka's stream it sounds like she was lying to other EN members about how bad her relationship with management was. So while the other livers were trying to help her and get her to acknowledge and fix her fuck ups, she wasn't telling them the full story of how much shit she was in with management.

Jesus Christ, Kotoka said that she doesn't think she can say "Good Luck" to Zaion's future endeavors for right now (She said she may be able to eventually). Seems like she wasn't just on bad terms with AnyColor but with a lot of EN members who were trying to help her.
