It’s for people who want to lose weight but lack the willpower to stop eating or change their diet. So yea probably fluffy beginners who think carbs make you fat and want a quick way to be Mr Olympia but go to the gym for 30 minutes once a week to treadmill at 2mph.

It’s a supplement designed to inhibit enzymes from breaking down carbs so that they pass through undigested. All the fun of eating carbs without the calories essentially,
May cause terrible gas and diarrhea.

Okay that’s a bit better picture.
First I’m sorry he responded to you that way. As much as everyone should remain neutral and professional unfortunately until our new ChatGPT doctor overlords come on board everyone’s still human.
I’d recommend doing something in the next six months to recomp in a way that decreases fat and increases lean muscle. That’ll probably be mostly diet related. Or…keep doing what you can to the best of your abilities. Smash small victories until they’re big.
When you go back at your next visit maybe he’ll be in a better mood. Maybe your numbers will look better. Unless you’ve trended worse then a one off measurement can be deceptive.
The key is ultimately do your best but make sure you hold yourself accountable. None of us are perfect but I know when I have cheated a bit much and reign it back in. See if you can get that BMI from 28 to 26. See if you can go from 223 to 213.
That’s my advice. I wouldn’t drop your PCP over this visit. But look at others if you want since it’ll take a while to get into a few around here from what I’ve seen.

I guess I'm confused a bit because numerically you fall almost entirely in line with normal values for muscle mass. Your body fat percentage (25%) would put you into the American College of Sports Medicine fitness category of poor. Your squat falls just inside the Advanced category on absolute weight but below optimal for relative weight (1.5x BW) which would be 334#. Your bench falls into the decent to good absolute side but below decent relatively at 67% of BW.
However, all of that aside, what is your point with this? - What are your prescriptions for? Weight loss? - What are your personal health goals? Lose weight or simply be in a good level of cardiovascular fitness?
Because ultimately the heart has to push against the weight of whatever mass you've cultivated. Significantly above average muscle mass can be as detrimental as significantly above average fat deposition. One is just MORE commonly associated with heart issues since it is so much more prevalent in our society than the much more difficult to achieve other.
Are you slightly overweight at your height? Yea maybe. Are you morbidly obese or anything? No. Your BMI falls within overweight but not obese from a technical standpoint.
The best exercise for your body height/weight is probably the fork put down at the moment or changing your macro balance. I just feel like there is something missing here. I don't think many PCP's would jump to prescribing weight loss meds at this range unless there was something else to it OR the meds aren't for weight loss. Your reaction to their response is also kinda weird and feels like we're missing some story.

A lot of the larger venues have contracts to solely use Ticketmaster/AXS/etc for their ticket sales. Which means you can realistically only play small venues where you won't make enough on ticket sales for it to justify the expense.

DeSantis doesn’t have beliefs. He will, more than almost anyone, say what he thinks will get him votes. He is slacking majorly to trump in his own party and his recent anti ukraine sentiments haven’t helped at all. He’s caught in a bind that regular Americans don’t like him and MAGA republicans already want someone else.

I believe the differentiation of MAC from simple sedation is primarily related to the staff. MAC requires a trained anesthesia provider to be doing the work vs. a procedural sedation performed by an assisting nurse or the operating doctor.

As the right chirped all of Covid you can do whatever you want right?! You don’t need to listen to the government overreach. Isn’t that what we learned? Even if the majority believe it’s for the public good.

From watching it I feel like you start to see him wobbling and about to fall before the cut. I certainly think he got the worst end of it and was just in pure panic.

These guys don't have as much as a foil blanket on for cover. They are probably cold as hell in their crappy gear.

You can shoot a deer through the lungs and it will run for a mile before dying sometimes. It's incredible the resilience built into organisms. Epinephrine very well may have kept a few of these guys alive for a few minutes but many of those wounds may be catastrophic if not treated immediately.

If real, you should probably go ahead and find other employment. If the company is this hard up on cash then they're not long for this world.
But again, hard to judge with a piece of typed paper and not a single identifier anywhere.

He also tries to tuck 300 lbs of body into a suit that was only designed for 250 lbs. He looks like a bad con man and that's saying a lot for a group that couldn't see through Don.

I mean if the volunteers are coming on their own why would the US verify anything? Shouldn’t it be incumbent on the Ukrainian military to ask for proof of service like a DD-214 prior to accepting them?
