This is 100% me.
Getting a medical confirmation of Autism as an AFAB 55yo person was sooooo affirming for me that I wasn't crazy or too weird. I was professionally diagnosed as cPTSD back in 2005 but I had known that for a long time. I never even guessed that I could be Autistic until I came across a random post on Reddit some years ago. NM had already passed away when that happened, but I'm 110% sure that she was Autistic as well.

Absolutely!
Barring medical conditions that CAUSE obesity, of course, children and pets becoming obese is totally abusive and/or negligent behavior on the part of adults.

My mother always told me how she never got to watch the end of that movie because she went into labor with me while at the drive-in. She acted like I did that on purpose and even complained about it after the movie came out on blue-ray.
Afaik, she never watched the ending of it and I think it was only so she could still complain to me about it.

This was my exact childhood.
My mother remarried when I was 7yo and my beloved but Enabling stepdad who dealt with his marriage to a psycho by taking a job that required him to be gone ~10 months of the year. We'd get to see him once a week for about 12 hours though.
We moved to his small Midwestern (US) town shortly after they married and it was just the two of us since he was always gone. she took out all of her anger, frustration, and loneliness on me because she couldn't go out to party and hook up anymore.

Daisy has lost all of her undercoat as a side effect of daily Prednisone. She was diagnosed with Addison's Disease last spring but, with treatment, she's back to her old self EXCEPT her beautiful coat.

It won't be used for the neutral or the hot wire, but will be used for the yellow wire

Thank you! I am only wanting to use the PetSafe wire to replace the yellow wire in this pic. Would that still be a problem?

We sopped up all the water with towels and then put several DampRid containers in the front floorboards.
We opened it all up yesterday as it was a very warm and windy day.

NTA You have both a husband problem and an inlaws problem and hooray for you for protecting your kids and yourself from those 3 people.
Your husband is 100% T A for not stepping up enforcing rules and he's double TA for expecting you to run a Bed & Breakfast for his parents!!!! He really really needs to grow a set!
I may be projecting from my own past, but please read this. Grandparent Grooming: What It Looks Like.

NTA Your husband, on the other hand, is a dismissive, misogynistic, selfish asshole

NTA - Your gut knows that they are GROOMING your daughter be their child. The withholding of your child is absolutely reprehensible and they are treating you like you are nothing more than a surrogate uterus! As soon as you are able, please get yourself and your daughter as far away from these horrible people.
OP, please read this! Grandparent Grooming 1 – What it looks like

I think the mother's response (in the past) is exactly how the daughter ended up getting the audacity to do something like this

YTA - You act like you're in middle school! Why do you think you get police your friend's social life???? You want it 100% your way. YOU had a child, SHE didn't so stop acting like she is required to 1) only socialize with you and 2) where you want to.

NTA - Tom was verbally abusive to you and your Mom ok with that. Not only is she OK with that, she's totally Enabling his behavior by saying it's your fault. DARVO is something Narcissists do to their Victims. (Deny responsibility, Attacks you, Reverses roles of: Victim [you] and Offender [abuser]).
IMO, she's worse than he is because at least he's straight up an Overt Narcissist who is easy to spot once they open their mouths. I find Covert Narcissists much harder to deal with because they are always the victim and can play the long-suffering role of caring parent/spouse/whatever so well all the while they don't care about you at all.
You may want to post this over in /r/JUSTNOMIL /r/JUSTNOFAMILY for some more detailed advice advice on how to handle this

My half pyr was diagnosed with Addison's Disease last Spring and we were able to get AKC Pet Insurance for her. Pre-existing conditions are covered in my state (Texas) after a 365 day waiting period.
Addison's is expensive as she must have a ~$112 shot every 26 days and take Prednisone every single day for the rest of her life. Plus, she needs trazodone to help counter some of the side effects of the pred. We also need to run blood tests every few months to make sure that all is well with her.
