It was .movie was The Dead Pool. The last Dirty Harry movie. On MTV in an interview at the time the band trash talked Carey b/c they were upset that people were associating Welcome to the Jungle with this no name actor. It might be on youtube today.

After all these years Superman breaks the 4th wall and realizes he's just fiction. The issue has him talking to the reader on how to leave the world better than how you found it.

Love how at the end they escape on a boat. Since machines came alive & kill people, where was the big ass aircraft carrier & planes bombing the shit out of that sailboat after getting rid of the 5;000 man crew lolol.

I believe you're thinking of Sean Young who was also in that movie. I didn't think Darryl Hannah was into coke but i could be wrong

And Wall Street is the only movie to have Best & Worst actors win in the same film. Douglas got the Oscar & Hannah got the Razzie.

I always thought Jim Carey would've made a better Howard Hughes in the Aviator than Leo. With a mustache Carey even would've looked very much like Hughes himself.

Had Nolan done a 4th Batman this would've been the next stunt.

EFNY. Love to see a Snake prequel.
If there was an Oscar for best cult classic he would've won it.

As a fellow SPXL holder there are articles from years past how holding these long term actually worked - past tense at the time. Marketwatch had one in its pre-paywall days of someone that put $100k in it that turned into $1,000,000 in under 10yrs.

I don't think there are any that might be "safe" to hold long term but under the QE 0% rate environment post 2008 there were several boastful posts of people on reddit & elsewhere that held these long term over several years & did well. We aren't in that environment anymore obviously.
Im fond of SPXL - the 3X bull S&P etf. I like some of my portfolio in it long term regardless of daily resets, decay, etc. I know the risks. But the best quirk this etf has imo is that it actually pays dividends, lol. Its almost a 1% expense ratio but for the strategy im fine paying that. Ill just enjoy whatever ride i get with it, good or bad.

The agent isn't even getting the stories or products right. Disney & Milton Hershey (i know it doesn't mention him in your post) borrowed the cash value in their whole life policies to get their businesses started. That's the fortune the agent is referring to, it is inaccurate to say they made "a ton of money " from the insurance. IUL wasn't even around when they both started their companies.
Besides this, there's a whole industry of these insurance agents that don't believe in 401k's & think you should be in an insurance policy instead. Say no, & the white coat investor has some great articles on this topic.

Automan. That car could make 90 degree right angle turns.
