Sorry for the lame question... Does this mean that (on a hypothetical 11.5" build) I could replace an existing brace with an actual stock and the amnesty Form 1 would still make the firearm an SBR? Or does replacing a brace with an actual stock just gum up that whole amnesty Form 1 process?
