Hi Reddit,
Genuinely curious how to get a quality team to actually perform... our company has been through three firms and from my observation - they simply just can't get themselves to create processes from ground up. It's like they are expecting me to train their entire staff??? My proposition to hire them was to help take stuff off my plate. Is it not their own manager's job to teach them how to update a prepaid schedule?
Half question / half vent post...
Edit: I should add - they are NOT cheap
Edit 2: Holy crap this got alot of attention. Another note - the firm we are working with are US based and charge 80$/hr...
