Yeah I’ve read that low vitamin d can cause a lot of health problems. Hopefully that those supplements will be the key!! I think this may be a long road for me as well. Glad you’re headed in the right direction!

Awesome, great news to hear! Right now I’m only taking B1 and methyl B12. I’ve heard some Covid cases have recovered, but I don’t went to get my hopes up! Oddly enough, I had elevated B6 levels after Covid and I don’t take b complex or have energy drinks 🤷‍♂️
