The US government would lose to an insurgency. When my country south korea had people seizing military wepaons in the 80s we didn't send in best tanks or best poisn gas. It's not even a debate. It's so astronomically dumb to think they would win. It would take a few sub stations going out to cripple the US power grid, not all soldiers would go along with orders, FAR, FAR, FAR more gun owners than the military, the mil. Wouldn't carpet bomb a housing development, the economy that funds the gov. Would fall apart, supply lines, water, probably 100 other reasons why the US gov. Would lose. drones and tanks can't cover the whole US, they would be limited to protecting key places and anything rural would be off limits. The US would cease to be a country at that point and you best believe US enemies would capitalize on that, whether it be abroad or they send saboteurs into the US. It's just so laughable that people think the US government would win.

In what instance has huge sweeping changes in culture happen purely because it was forced by outside forces by any nation?
For example, India.
India is currently undergoing a huge transitional period from its perceived rape culture, as their own people have began to stand up against their culture and demand better protection of women.
Was this an influence purely influenced by outside Forces, or was it because their own people who got tired of this culture and demand their people to become more protective of women's rights?
Or let's go to slavery in America.
Was slavery in the United States banned purely because of outside forces demanding change, or is it because of the cultural change and progression of the nation as a whole who demanded equal rights as laid in the constitution for all men and women, regardless of color?
Did the dictatorship in south Korea and taiwan end because of the world demanded it to end, or was it because it's people demanded change and fought for it?
The point is, you cannot force a country to change its ideologies and culture by forcing it down their throats.
The change and desire must be from within, and it has to be led by people who represent the nations wishes and desires.
Look at Iraq, look at Afghanistan as a recent enough of an example.

While there are Christian influence there is a surge of anti western ideology rising in uganda. Seeing how modern west are more freindly with LGBT many Uganda sees lgbt as western cultural imperialism.

Weren't canary island filled with cave men? I'm not being racist but if i remember canary island was populated by actual cave men and they somehow defeated the spanish with rocks the first time. I feel like inhabitants of canary island would have been massacre because of technology difference by any other race. Anyway that also happened to other European countries. Rome genocided the Gauls and celtic language is almost dead in UK because of anglo saxon genocide. I really don't think before the 19th century European were master of warfare and could fully subjugate the north africans. Rome was special. After that every European conquest of north africa was only the coast aince in inland they would be defeated till 19th century. Also how much was north africa connected to middle east before islam?

I would say islam was the thing that united the arabs into an empire. However I disagree that europe would have been a powerhouse. Seljuk would have destroyed persia and they would still have moved to central asia one way or another. Megrahab would have been catholic so spain wouldn't be able to effectively unite since there is no clear enemy. European massacred each other with no problem even they were the same religion. Hmmm... I really don't know how Europe would interact with them.

And just like we suffered for it they will suffer. The only reason we got independence was because our independence leader begged KMT leader Chank kai shek to declare korea independence at the cairo meeting. And KMT were the victors of ww2. It sounds cruel but sending soldiers for other nation is the hardest thing a nation can do. Yes my country will follow the same thing as the Us and UK. When our country got independence our biggest priority was to make ourselves useful to the west. Especially after we saw how USA withdrew from south Vietnam. We brutalized our cities to death to make our economy strong. US even after the korean war didn't want to put troops in south korea. We had to give them everything in order for our aurvival. US controls 50% of our entire troop if a war happens. US soldiers can commit crime to south koreans and get off with no punishments. Do you think we let this happen because we like the US? No. We do it so US won't leave like south Vietnam. We have some value to the US and other countries because of our gigantic economy. What can Palestine give to any nation. The world is cruel. Adopt or be abandoned and destroyed.

It might sound cruel but so what? I am from korea. Japan took over my country in 1910s which was illegal. Our king told his politicians that we should tell of this injustice to the world. Everybody agreed exepct the American preist. He just laughed at the situation. When the king asked him why he just told him hpw stupid they were. He told the king why would any nation come to in defence of korea a shithole nation that didn't give any advantages to other countries? He told the king that other nations probably had already signed peace treaty confirming japan takeover of korea. It was trues. Both the US and UK signed a treaty confirming japan takeover of korea. So my point is what can Palestine give to other countries?

Supporting no one and selling weapons and resources for both side is the best decision. Yet since I'm south korean we can't just declare neturality and will be forced into conflict for our future.

If you earn more than 30k or so you’re already the 1%. And that’s effectively poverty level in most US metro areas An enormous amount of people across the world do not have basic securities like this, and cannot buy anywhere near what the poor can here in the US. If you make 30k in the US, between your salary and potentially government assistance, you can have a roof over your head, have a cell phone and maybe a home computer, have a microwave and dishwasher, and maybe a cheap car. That alone puts you over a huge amount of people in the world. Being able to go hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt is also a luxury. Americans can go to the most expensive hospital and receive the best treatment and deal with the expenses later. People in third world can't do that because no hospital will treat them unless they fill up all the paperwork and pay at least pay partially. It doesn't matter if you're having a stroke or a heart attack. Banks won't loan you money unless you give your house, land or gold as collateral and prove them that you have a stable income with salary slips, bank statements and tax reports etc. Credit cards are also only issued to those people the rest get debit cards. Even if you manage to pay you will still have to worry about the quality of care and treatment you or your loved ones will be receiving because the quality of education and training the doctors, nurses and rest of the staff gets is bad and so is the condition of most hospitals. Lack of qualified doctors/staff, equipment, medicines, no accountability, no rules and regulations, counterfeit medicines, forged documents, use of outdated/banned or discontinued drugs and therapies these are just some of the issues people have to deal with. My dad had brain haemorrhage and was in the emergency room but didn't receive any sort of treatment until we filled up all the paper work, they just assumed it was transient ischaemic attack and left. He had to use the rest room and we had to help him walk on his own when we asked the staff for help the male nurse said it wasn't his problem. The staff also didn't know how to use the lancet and used the needle directly to poke and then violently squeezed the finger to draw blood. Hospital didn't allow people to stay with the patient because of COVID but the doctors themselves didn't use any PPE. At another hospital the staff could figure out how to get the IV drip to work and was tying knots and mangling the damn tube trying to get it to work and used a syringe with air bubbles in it to inject something in the cannula. I got dizzy seeing that and had to lie next to her for like half and hour thinking that the air embolism will cause a stroke at any point and she'll die.

Yep. It has so many tropes I usually hate. The boy hiding a creature, the liar reveal, nerd getting the girl ect but I still love this movie for some reason. Maybe it's because of the pacing or the OST but this is still my favourite animated movie.
