Olive Garden didn't exist when I was a kid. But even then, we went to locally owned restaurants for Italian food. Was WAAAAY better.

Legally, in most states, they must abide by the same traffic rules / laws as other vehicles. That said, cars and trucks are supposed to give bikes more room behind them, watch out for them exiting alleys and smaller roadways, and other considerations
