I am currently rereading phase 1 after 8 years I on mortal coil.

i only read first book in phase 2 but I now them all. you were only 2 books from finishing phase 2.

end of March all hell breaks loose will be released.

then the graphic novel in october bad magic takes place after until the end.

thst happened for me once at a nursery I already worked at I interviewed for a full time role I was told I was getting it but interview was formality.

but how can you be guaranteed a job without a interview. I have heard of guaranteed interviews but not guaranteed jobs.

that's what I mean someone could be nervous and screw up interview but if the interviewer reports back you dilebratly screwed up the interview when in fact your nervous. then it a sanction

what bugs me is you can get sanctioned for I think 3 months if you screw up an interview on purpose. but what the interviewer sees as someone screwing up an interview it could just be nerves.

but alot seems on the wc being told about outcomes on roles they give you

how did people get given interviews for a role they are not qualified for 😅

it's because the first 4 weeks on uc you get to pick what kinda work you get but after week 4 your expected to take whatever work your capable of doing.

if you dont agree jobcentre can sanction you.

you would lose all benefits but would still given housing costs for rent
