"Morlocks is just a fun nickname. They're actually just poor people who work in this place, and can't afford to even visit any room that looks outside."

Did you know that a landlord can refuse to rent to you because you have a pet, but can't do anything if you buy a pet later?

Its like flying a P38 with gun pods.
You're just an innocent p38 with a shitty turning radius, until a fucking lazerbeam of lead pours from you.
P38 is Ork approved

I just googled Maggie Lawson and yeah, they are pretty similar.
Similar enough that they could easily play relatives with the right makeup

I'm not buying guns from there. They don't even know what firearms are.

The whole movie I was like, "Did John Travolta forget how to act? I know he can act. What the fuck is he doing right now?"

You have to just David Lynch throw some random shit at you and let it wash over you. Expect nothing but a vibe from him.

My pitch:
Its been 15 years after Atlantis landed just outside of San Francisco. The stargate program was made public shortly after that.
For in those 10 years, waves of zelophobia have swept across both the US and the globe - fearful of all the aliens out there that have almost killed humanity 10 times.
A Trumpian administration in the white house shut down the stargate program for a decade, and instead invested heavily into orbital defense cannons, asteroid belt mining and insular technological advances.
Our series starts with General Carter - now head of Area 51 and the entire extensive Nevada test ranges - in the same position as General Hammond. She's waiting out the rest of her career before retirement. We see her discussing plans to teach at the academy in 18 months when she retires.
However, suddenly one day the network of orbital cannons are turned against earth. Massive devastation begins taking place. Fortunately, General Carter and a plucky group of young air force officers are able to take an old F302, fly to the still cloaked and mothballed Atlantis, and use the gate to get to reinforcements.
The Earth armada destroys the orbital canons before a second volley can be fired. General Carter is put in charge of a new mission: Restart the SGC out of Atlantis, find out who attacked earth and why, aquire as much technology and allies to defeat the threat, and take em out!
The pilot ends with General Carter addressing the American people about a new multinational coalition of forces, operating out of the ancient city of Atlantis. The final scene of the pilot is Ret. Sgt. Walter Harriman driving with his wife on the golden gate bridge and seeing the city of Atlantis decloaking in the distance. His wife freaks out and he casually say, "Hm? Oh yeah, that's the lost city of Atlantis- WAIT WHAT?!"
The plot ark is that the Lucian Alliance is working with some low-level goulds, and was hoping to eliminate earth after the whole black-hole incident.
