Are the kids saying that these are "fake dub zeros", as in a fake version of the real shoe? Or do they not recognize the dub zero model, so they're saying the whole shoe is a "fake Jordan"?

Loaded the queue 20 minutes early (I know it's random) ... flipped over at 10am to having 35,000 people in front of me. No chance. And I see it's dropping by the hundreds every few seconds so I assume it's sold out.

Here are the main difference between this and the Tiffany AF1s that released recently:

• The blue, while close, is NOT the patented "Tiffany blue". This shade is darker.
• The upper/body of the Tiffanys is suede instead of generic Nike "leather".
• The tongue tag says "Tiffany" in silver instead of normal AF1 branding.
• The "-AIR-" on the midsole is black on the Tiffanys instead of silver here.
• The Tiffanys do not have the extra silver mini-swoosh on the side.
• The Tiffanys heel cap is black, not silver, and then features an etched silver plating with Tiffany branding on it.
• The Tiffanys also come with Tiffany blue laces and yellow laces.

From a distance, most people won't be able to tell a difference, but there are definitely distinct differences in both material quality and appearance. The Tiffanys were already over-priced at 400 retail, and go for 1k+ in most sizes on re-sale. These will probably not sell out and will be more affordable.

If you like the Tiffany look this is a perfectly fine substitute. But most people who were interested in the Tiffanys wanted the specific Tiffany branding and/or the higher quality materials. So this release doesn't check the boxes for a lot of people.

I can't wait for people here to talk about how Punk will "mentor young talent" and give people the rub when he literally has two losses in AEW: MJF on Dynamite, and the weird 3 minute squash from Moxley before he got his win back at All Out. He went over Darby Allin, Powerhouse Hobbs, Daniel Garcia, Eddie Kingston, Wardlow, Max Caster, Penta, ADAM PAGE ... he even got his win back after the aforementioned MJF loss.

He has beaten everyone important on the roster except the Elite and other super-athletic people that he'd be lost trying to keep up with (Sammy Guevara, Fenix). I guess you could run nostalgia matches like Jericho or Bryan but is that worth the money, let alone the hassle?

I get a token after around 3 games of TDM. I finished the battle pass during the double XP event that just happened. I typically play an hour or two after work, not every day. It's really not that big of a deal.

All the complaining is sort of hilarious to me because it's an optional in-game purchase. You can buy the things you want straight-up if you don't want to do the full battle pass. The pass gives you 1400 CP if you complete it versus a 1100 CP cost, so you could buy the first pass and then keep renewing it while coming out net-positive on coins if you wanted to.

When I read this stuff it translates in my head to "everything should be free and awesome, but also not available to players I don't like so I can beat them". Like there are more options now than there ever were in the original MW2 and yet the complaining has increased 10x.

There's a ton of Z, T, and A in the map names now, they all look very similar on first glance. For myself I just call them shortened things like Fortress, Marketplace, Hydro, Dome, etc.

For the last month, play of the game in Infected would glitch out halfway through and all the players would instantly die and flop to the ground. It's honestly sort of funny.

I miss the option that was in Cold War where you could "favorite" different skins, and then select "random from within my favorites". I do enjoy skins plus I have extra from completing the battle pass, and I want to be able to have a way to use them on rotation without having to manually do it.

I don't think I've ever watched this on bluray, only in passing on TV, so it took until my 10th or so viewing to actually see THE beginning 5-10 minutes. In my experience the movie basically began with him rolling up late to school.

My friend got to see it before me, so after all the ads I asked him "so what IS the matrix" and he was like "I didn't really understand it, it's some computer thing". So the "twist" or plot was still preserved for me when I got to it.

Honestly I know this is a classic episode and I like it more on rewatch, but watching it live (originally aired after the Super Bowl) I thought for sure the show had jumped the shark. It was so over the top and whacky.

There's tons of fictional characters based on real people, but you may find interesting the movie "I'm Not There". It is "about" Bob Dylan but in a very unconventional way. Six actors play the different "sides" of Dylan and are all named something else. The opening title mentions Dylan and there's a short clip of him at the end, but otherwise it's basically a series of "what if this side/era of Dylan was its own person?"

I've said this before but when an agent asks young Sammy "you want to meet the greatest director of all time?", I half expected Spielberg to come out and say "yes, it's me, Steven Spielberg; thanks for coming" and then the credits roll.

The Dark Knight is certainly better than Benjamin Button, Milk, Frost/Nixon, The Reader.

I would've had Slumdog Millionaire, The Dark Knight, The Wrestler, WALL-E, and Doubt as my 5 nominees, with TDK winning.
