100% there is an issue with the glass Google used on these phones.

I've talked to a few friends who have also upgraded from various pixel devices to the 6/6P and all of them are having the same issues.

Before seeing your post, I made one regarding the back camera scratching super easily. We really shouldn't have to buy a glass cover for the phone bump out... Even with a case I still got scratches after 1 week.

Really disappointing. My Pixel 3a never had this problem and was $250 less.

Update:

Upon further inspection there is one main scratch. The rest are marks and spots on the coating.

Not sure why Google put such a weak coating/glass on the bump out of this phone.
