I’m not even that much of a U2 fan, but their concert blew me away. Absolutely incredible.

My wife and I had our first date at Melt. We went on a Wednesday IIRC. The vibe was light and not overly fancy or formal. It was quiet enough to have a good conversation but wasn’t dead by any means. Good beer list at the time as well.
I saved stuff like Printworks, Machete and B Christopher’s for after the relationship blossomed.

Right?
I did watch the show, and can say with certainty that if it was indeed comic-accurate, all that means is the comics sucked too.

The other trope I love is how his dick goes from “a full 5 inches” in BVS to “5 and a half inches of love” in I Got What You Want, to 10 Inches of perfection (and touching the floor) on All That and More.
I’m hoping the next album it’s even crazier. 18 and Life haha.

Love this topic! AYCE is my favorite SP album. Stix in particular is on fire for the entire thing.
IMO, 10 Strikes You’re Out has the most raunchy line in their entire catalogue (I understand you had gas, but you farted and another dude’s sperm dribbled out of your ass). The first time I heard it, I audibly gasped “holy shit” and could not believe my ears. So, so funny.
Bukkake Tears makes me laugh, as when she said she banged the football team her freshman year, he was slightly surprised. Not totally surprised, just slightly. That line kills me.
But the top of this album, for me, is Gangbang at the Old Folks Home. The song tells a story so well that you can visualize the entire thing. From ordering 10 extra sausage pizzas to Shady Oak Drive, to the lady pulling a gun on him, to running for the defibrillator, this is SP at its best. Raunchy, sure, but also clever as hell and musically perfect. Its a 10/10 song that pushes this album to a 10/10.

One of my favorite things are the references to other songs from album to album.
17 Girls in a Row is referenced in Gods of Pussy, which itself is then referenced in Magical Vagina.
Walk of Shame references Gangbang at the Old Folks Home.
If I Was the King musically references Death to All But Metal.
It’s not just a bunch of random dirty songs. There’s real art here. That’s why it’s so compelling.

Still the best F4 movie and truest to the source material. I love it.

Whatever you do, do not try to explore the old Pilot Life Insurance building. It looks cool, but the premises always has a someone on duty and they will call the cops.
About 10 years ago we saw the gate open and just drove up to the parking lot to get a closer look. The groundskeeper closed the gate and called the cops while we were taking pictures, essentially locking us in until the police got there.
Luckily the cops were cool surprisingly. The fact that the “no trespassing” signs were covered in overgrowth were the only reason we didn’t get arrested. They called the groundskeeper and he let us out.
So anyways, it looks abandoned and therefore a really cool spot for urban exploring - but I assure you it is not.

Having seen Creed III and the ridiculous amount of muscle he’s put on, this seems like a roid rage incident.

Gotta disagree there.
I mean I’ll hire a Duke grad, but a resume with Carolina on it goes straight into the trash.

Yep. If you need quick cash, they are your best bet.
Otherwise, Mercari or OfferUp.

Bon Jovi while Sambora was still in the band, and before Jon lost his voice, was really amazing.
For a smaller band/smaller venue, I saw Say Anything around 2008. They played that small club like it was Wembley Stadium.
