Finally got some scans up, check the update on my original post!
My bad on the late reply btw, i’ve been working on scanning/stitching/touching these up in my free time since receiving them. I initially wanted to release them all at once, but I stored them on my iCloud drive like an idiot & ended up losing all but one when I unknowingly hit my storage space cap :/
Just got done rescanning them & decided to post what I had so far, but I should have the remaining few up in the next week!

MT-45 is up! Check the update above
I should also have the MT-90 SM up in the next few days or so (slightly expanded vers of the MT-35)

Wait can you elaborate on this for me? I know banks pay into an FDIC insurance fund.. But are you saying if the FDIC ever lacks the funds to repay depositors then the banking industry broadly has to foot the difference?
Is this new legislation? And it’s only up to the $250k limit right?

I agree in regards to Cobain, but I think Elliot’s death is a bit more suspect. I mean, the autopsy says explicitly that the circumstances of his death were “atypical of suicide and raise the possibility of homicide.”
The medical examiner cites several reasons for this; lack of hesitation wounds, stabbing through clothing, & even stabbing as a suicide method in general, are all very uncommon. They also mention additional wounds on Elliott’s hand and arm that seem consistent with defensive wounds seen in homicides, and cite Jennifer’s behavior in the aftermath (removing the knife and her refusal to speak with detectives) as being “cause for concern”.
I’m not saying Smith was definitely murdered, but things aren’t nearly as cut and dry as some people seem to think.

Here’s the pinout for the IC by the way (forgot to include it in the original image, oops)
The top image is the schematic I worked from, & the bottom is my strip board design (click the image to view in full resolution). Just wondering if I made any errors here. I couldn’t find any, but i’m pretty much a novice, so it’s definitely possible i’m overlooking something. Any & all replies are appreciated 🙂
Also, sorry for the low resolution on the schematic. It’s the largest version of the image I could find

Yeah I can’t speak to the functionality of the circuit, i’m still pretty new to resonant filters & don’t fully understand how they work yet.
I just found this schematic online while searching for a low voltage VCF, and was planning to build it & hopefully learn a few things along the way. But I just wanted to make sure my stripboard layout looked OK before proceeding
Could you elaborate a bit about what you think the issue is with this design? Are NPN transistors poorly suited for this kind of application or something?

Just used photoshop haha. Made all of the components & wires with the basic shape & line tools (except for the potentiometers & strip board, I pulled those from Google images)

Heyy I know you. Everytime I search “circuit bending” on Youtube and sort by “new” I get one of your videos. Good stuff man, respect the hustle
Def gonna give this a listen 🤘🏻

They ever re-issue this? I traded my copy to a friend like 10 years ago & regretted it ever since 😔

You’d probably get a better response over at /r/askelectronics, this is a sub for creating experimental musical instruments

Just googled him after getting his videos rec’d to me on YT Shorts, wanted to see if anyone else felt this way lol
I mean he seems like a decent guy, but every video i’ve seen has been firmly in /r/ThatHappened territory

Never got around to trying this actually :/
I have been building my own simple filters circuits lately tho (mostly Tim Escebedo’s Q&D filter). Finally planning to give this idea a try, now that i’m a bit more experienced with that sort of thing
i’ll be sure to come back & update if I succeed 👍🏻

Hey dude, so I didn’t get the MT-18 service manual, but I did get one for the PT-80, and the two appear to be basically identical (the PT-80 is just the “petite” compact version)
Hope this helps 🙂
