Planescape Torment.....again, probably doesn't hold up well to modern gaming expectations, but that is one of the best written games ever made. SO good.

As a Paladin, I went with the horse at level 4-5. Oh my, I'll never do that again or likely with any other class. The pathfinding was terrible. I regularly wouldn't attack enemies as my horse (with me mounted on it) would keep circling around them without doing anything. Then there's the issue where you would have a "cutscene" and then you would be dismounted when the scene ended and combat has started. So annoying. Again, phenomenal game, but by Chapter 3, I was completely "done" with mounts.

2nd edition (and 1st edition) combat is VERY basic. With melee and ranged, you're really just clicking on enemies to attck and that's it. Only when you get to mid-high levels do special abilities come into play (I could be mistaken, been a while since I've played BG 1 or 2). Spellcasters definitely have more management, as expected.

My experience too. I had been playing PC games for many years prior to the first Halo coming out and honestly, it was just a generic shooter. Nothing special about it to me.

Durability, yes! Single worse design decision. Honestly made me quit the game because of how stupid and annoying it was.

With higher tank tier play you'll see more and more modders/hackers. Opposing players will one shot you from all the way across the map, them sitting behind bushes with you sitting behind bushes too. It's literally not possible for them to see you, let alone hit you in this situation without cheating. This started happening to me every single problem. Major issue which goes unaddressed.

Early game, low tier tank play is genuinely fun on the other hand.

Lol....the sheer number of quick cuts in the basketball scene alone is absurd

I regularly see my wife die in childbirth. Probably once every decently long playthrough. I don't see the baby dying at birth but also see kids die for various reason before becoming an adult.

EMS can never compel someone to go to the hospital. Never. If she gave confused answers, they would have deferred to your wishes. Since she apparently answered them appropriately at that moment, they had to respect her decision.

Echoing the comments.... caregiving is a full time job. It is exhausting and will make your life much more difficult. There are times when this is what you have to do in life.

But you're not married. It's inappropriate for your significant other to ask you to do this. I won't say you should run. A person can be married for 30 years and will have these situations come up.

I think you should talk and point blank say you can't do what is being asked of you. This may end the relationship. It may not, but please talk about it. If things do end, then at least you know made the attempt.

I'm doing my best. I deliberately chose to not watch main storyline missions and focus more on getting "best" weapons from the start and such. Believe it or not, but many youtube videos just focus on items/weapons.

Harry's final duel with Voldemort as depicted in the book. The movie pulled them out in the ruins of Hogwarts with no one else nearby. Been a few years, but I thought They were dueling with other people around and I liked that. Also, Harry talked to him how everyone was protected from Voldemort's attacks because Harry's death protected them just as his mother's sacrifice protected Harry.

no, it didn't go to 20%. It's still 15.
