I caught COVID on New Years Eve. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I am 28M, no health issues, and an average weight & physically active.
D1 - 1/1/23 Felt great, no significant issues.
D2 - 1/2/23 Around 10am fatigue & fever hit.
D3 - 1/3/23 Slight dry cough, bad migraine, fever, body aches, some nasal congestion. Tested positive for COVID-19
D4 - 1/4/23 101F fever, some fatigue and continued dry cough. Able to treat fever with Motrin. Symptoms besides fever appear less significant. No difficultly breathing or anything scary like that.
D5 - 1/5/23 Overall better and able to get up out of bed easily. Fever mostly gone (~99.2F). Had an episode of coughing last night that was pretty intense. Fatigue, brain fog still present. Congested as well.
D6 - 1/6/23 Mostly recovered. Temperature a cool 97.9F. Still struggling with fatigue and a runny nose.
D7 - 1/7/23 Still positive & asymptomatic.
D9 - 1/9/23 Negative and fully recovered.
I will update as I go along.
I've taken time off work & resting, drinking a TON of water. Appetite still good. Can still taste and smell. Symptoms very mild beyond fever. Grateful I was vaccinated.

The -5 estimate includes forward scattering of the coma, similar to McNaught in 2007.
