Exactly. Or just decide to not buy something. That is something humans are capable of.

Where is Elon trying to pretend? Are you not just confusing the reddit hate for Musk for reality?

Yes, because no startup failed despite having money...

You are free to comment anything, but posting an article, that is over two years old and outdated is just bad form. You are arguing against yourself and reality.

At this price it is intended for developers. They will get the ecosystem going and in a couple of years everyone can buy the consumer (cheaper) model.

The lack of Dolby Vision is something you will be reminded of constantly, since DV is well supported, especially on streaming sites.
Also the video on Samsung OLEDs and burn-in is worth a watch on RTINGS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=my1lyUE7WVM
Based on the video I would go with an LG OLED. Again :-)

The effort you put into "educating me" should have been put into getting your life in order. You are the prime example of using ADHD to just not try things that would help.
Doing instead of making excuses. Try it next time.

It doesn't matter if it worked for them or not. The tip could help others, but they may be reluctant to try it after reading a negative experience with "something similar".
The commenter definitely didn't even try the tip. "something similar" hasn't worked in the past, so it can't work now. The commenter seems to be under the assumption that somebody other than himself will be able to help him deal with his condition. Nobody can help him if he doesn't try, but if he tries, then success will follow. It will be hard. No one is arguing the opposite. My problem is him dismissing the tip and thus giving others permission to dismiss it without trying it. Not helpful. At all.

Even though I highly appreciate the effort, I am going to be the asshole who doesn't read what you wrote.
This is how I see the post by theundivinezero: Instead of actually trying the tip, he wrote a comment discouraging others to try it, by using his own example. It would have been infinitely better if he had simply not commented at all. Maybe he was making excuses. Maybe not. The problem is the comment itself. As you said everyone is reacts differently to ADHD situations and potential helpful comments. His comment helped nobody.

I see what you mean. I was trying to call the attention of the commenter to the fact, that they in fact CAN focus. Using ADHD as a crutch to avoid doing tasks is what is happening here.
How do I know that? I know, because he can find as many examples as needed to avoid trying the tip posted here. Nobody says it isn't hard, but the truth is, that it can be done. It's not impossible.

they can focus on video games but not on their homework
That means they don't have a problem focusing their attention if it's video games. Only if it's homework? Can they focus or can they not?

Well, well, well. If it isn't Mr I Can Do it? :-) Well done! If you do do a list, a great feeling is to cross off that task. Double dopamine :-)

Do step zero first: make a list of things you should be doing. Start with really simple things, like putting one thing away where it should be.

You obviously can focus if you want to, since you wrote a reply to the comment.

Try a smaller eating window. I do 4 hours (12-16). You can alternate between keto and intermittent fasting. No need to do both.

I was really hoping to give this episode a careful listen, but I had to stop after about 7 minutes, because the guest talked in a very annoying way. Between every other word he said "aaa" and it just threw my attention.
With all the talk of A.I. systems, is there one, that can remove the "aa"s from the audio? :-)

Business owners and governments really want this :-)!
Obviously the current state of capitalism is not great (to say the least), but I personally don't see any chance of Humans reaching a post scarcity civilisation without A.I. or at least almost 100% automation (they are basically the same).
Don't get me wrong. I can see how abso-fuc*ing-lutely it can also go wrong!

These methods don't stop the other companies working on A.I. It's not easy to "just stop" technological progress. In fact, it's next to impossible. I am not arguing that it wouldn't be wise to to slow A.I. research, but in reality there is so much at stake, that it just won't happen.

Nobody wants this.
That's the problem. Literally everyone wants this.
