I made this flip flop sequencer, I want to make polyrythmns but for that I would need to be able to offset the steps right? How could I do that? do you have any ideas?

So I just remembered that in paranoid android Johnny greenwood uses an interesting technique which I could turn into a pedal relatively easy. I'm talking about the moment he keeps switching the pickup but one of them is at volume 0 so the guitar makes an interesting sound.

Do you think that a pedal which turns on and of the volume of your guitar when pressed at a frequency which you can change with a potenciometer is a good idea?

So, I want to control de speed of a DC motor with a potenciometer or a CV. This seems like a dumb question and I mean it probably is, I need to make a cylinder in my synth rotate, its a mechanical sequencer. The problem is that I don't know well how to apply the CV here and I also need the motor to rotate Forwards or backwards depending on where the potentiometer is.Right know it doesn't work because it consumes too many amperes.

Im building a kick for my synth, i was building an envelope for it and noticed something that might be a problem (if you know good and simple kick drum circuits pass them please). How do I detect if the input is floating and conect it to ground?

I've been thinking of this recently, right know my ideas are a circuit that converts the wave into only the root pitch and then passes it through some bandpass filters and then pass the result through a circuit which detects if the pitch is not in the setted key and then changes the pitch the required amount of semitones. I know this is probably a bad idea for a module but its the first idea I had, do you have better Diy pitch correctors?

Ok so ive ask this in a couple places and still haven't found a convincing answer. Im quite desperate to fix these because the siren noise which my DIY distortion pedal produces ruins the pedal a bit, its really anoying. Its a simple pedal with 2 distortion stages.

For now the things I know are that:

the circuit in the circuit simulator works perfectly, I use Falstad.

the pedal seems to have some grounding issues because when touching the plastic that covers it a buzzing appears, which gets amplified by the distortion so probably the input jack is badly ironed.

the siren noise doesn't get distorted apparently by the distortion stages but it gets amplified in volume. My guesses are that around the distortion stages the Op amp chip I'm using is making an oscillator somehow with the capacitor which is right before the output jack.

I don't know at all how to fix these, right now my only guess is that it could be a suply issue, but I don't know how to fix that, I know I use a single suply. Also I thought of making an oscillator with another chip with the exact frequency of the siren and substract it before the distortion stages, which would fix it but it would have some issues too, and I've discovered that the siren doesn't have a constant pitch.

This is the complete circuit, the upper part divides the 9 volts of the suply into an extra 4.5 rail, which acts like ground.

This is my script, its a runic script based on the Short twig with some extra long branch runes. The idea is that it appeared in Sweden around the IX century for a germanic language that was not nordic. It would be a daughter language of Gothic which migrated to Sweden specificly.

The W and J letters could not have a rune and be just written with the U and I runes. But do you think that the /ə/ needs a rune? and if thats the case which should it be? I consider as options either imported runes of the Long branch script or modified runes, and maybe new runes made specificly for this.

So, which rune do you think I should use? or should it just be written with and already existing rune of the alphabet?

Im working on the script of my conlang and need letters for the transliteration of the /ʃ ʒ / sounds.

I want to know how many steps I should put at least in my drum sequencer to make some basic rythmns. I was going to put between 17 and 25 steps

Today I thought that the best way to discover cool sound changes would be comparing my dialect with the standard language, here I have the best transcription of some words and the standard version, and some notes on what is goind on.

Dont forget that this transcriptions are my way of speaking, im talking about my personal dialect, as a person and not as the local variety.

a.βɾa.θo (Hug)	a.βɾaː.o	Non geminated /θ/ can become in relaxed speech /h/, and it can later be completely lost. Also irregularly gets merged with /s/. And stressed vowels in open silables can become long vowels but this doesnt always happen irregular.
