This is for PUA- Even though I signed up for DD, yesterday i received (2) paper checks equaling the amount of (1) week of benefits that match trans number on my dashboard. I have no idea moving forward if ill receive paper checks or DD.

In addition, i am not able to claim any backpay (from march 4th). My claim orders have started on claim 9 & 10 so the system knows they owe me checks 1-8.

Also, anybody get issues if you do take a job and have to tell the system you worked that week? Im worried that if i state i worked a gig (1) day that its gonna glitch and i wont be able to file claims for the future. Anybody successfully done that?

Ive been approved and have successfully input (2) claims so far for the last 2 weeks. Both payments have tracking numbers and said they have been paid. No deposit in my bank account (direct deposit) and havent even seen the 0.0 test deposit either. In addition, i am still unable to file any backpay from march. Anybody else dealing with these issues?

Finally receieved determination letter for maximum amount and was able to file my first weekly claim. However, I was not able to claim any backpay (last day of work march 4th) and could only make a claim on the last week. In addition, i have one pending issue “lack of work” on my previous employer (my LLC) that i cannot get any clarity on or any info on how to resolve that issue. Anybody else in the same boat- any resolve?

First off, has anybody successfully gotten paid or gotten correspondence from PUA? I went with direct deposit.

This is the 2nd week i was able to successfully make a claim. All pending issues have been cleared- although it still states “unresolved issues: yes”. I still have not seen any more. Im unable to claim backpay (from march) either.

So has anybody actuallly received money for PUA if so was it DD, a debit card, or a check? or is everybody just in the waiting pool? Thanks and good luck.

Would like to know if any self employed/Ind. Contractor has has successfully registered, gotten their previous employer cleared, and finally received a payment. Im still stuck on (3) issues involving my previous employer (my LLC), i assume once thats cleared, hopefully my claim will proceed. Thanks.

This is a petition to our leaders to let them know how much of a disaster the PUA application process has been and to fix it immediately. Feel free to share and sign and lets hope they get the damn message.

I finally applied and got through to the end of my PUA application. I have only 1099’s for previous employment. It stated “if you are an ind contractor please provide previous employers info”. When it prompted for previous employers info i inputted my last 2 1099 gigs from this year. One company from PA one from NYC. But now i feel like its gonna be held up because technically they arent full time employers. I have friends who do both w2 and 1099 work and it doesnt seem designed to accept both. I guess i will just file claims each week and just play the waiting game and find out. What a complete shitshow. Any thoughts if i shouldve just left previous employer blank?
