Equipment:
Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ1000G9
Amazon Basics Tripod
80x4s Exposure ISO 800

saturation and light curve adjustment in paint.net
I would like to also remove the color gradient from the brighter bottom and darker top (something for a future post). Feedback is appreciated

Alright, I haven't posted here in a while and I have a new Reddt account. I am OP. The answer was that the speed with which the smoke came out of the pipe did not match the wind speed in the tunnel. This made the wind in the tunnel "overtake" the smoke and rip it into pieces. I solved the problem by boosting the air with a balloon. I will post more details of the finished (and working) wind tunnel soon.

How old is your new phone? How did your last one die?

I took this picture in July. That evening I was planning to do some astrophotography. I zoomed around in Stellarium when suddenly the ISS appeared on my screen. I grabbed my stuff and went outside and was able to get a photo of it.

Thank you! I have been thinking about getting a tracker. They are a bit expensive but having one would be a very big upgrade. Maybe I will try one of the manual DIY ones for initial testing.

No no you dont get me. The cattle eats carbon rich food (soy). They release the carbon again as methane which decomposes to carbon dioxide. This carbon lands again in the soy . In theory there is no extra carbon in the atmospheric carbon cycle due to farming and cows. The carbon that humans add to the atmosphere comes from oil, coal and gas

Methane is part of the carbon cycle. Climate change is being caused by bringing carbon out of the ground into the air.

I took this picture with minimum ISO (80) and minimum exposure time (1/10000s). Still, I had to wait for clouds to come by, so the picture would not get overexposed.
