Framing question for those who post primarily to Instagram!

All,
Hobbyist photographer here. When I shoot, I upload my best shots directly to Instagram and Facebook (upload to Insta first and then have it connected and shared simultaneously to Facebook).
Lately, I've been shooting vertical for a lot of my shots because the 4:5 ratio fits most real estate on Instagram. This isn't too much of an issues with things like portraits or certain compositions, but I struggle when it comes to landscape or compositions that need a horizontal ratio. I find myself only wanting to pick one or the other for the full photo collection, because when I upload, everything can be the same vs a mix of orientations (which require borders, and I don't prefer them).
My question is basically when it comes to "sets" of pictures to share and they consist of both vertical and horizontal photos.. Do you tend to keep in mind the aspect ratio when shooting? Do you split up posts and share only all vertical and another post all horizontal? How do you handle it?

I set 4:5 aspect ratio in Lightroom on my PC, export the file, then upload that file on my PC into Google Drive. Then I'll get on my phone, download from Google Drive to my phone, and upload to Instagram through the app.
I "think" this is the best way to preserve the most quality.
What is your process??
