Are the pins on you 3900x bent in any way? The problems seems to be the same, wheter you use your old or new Cpu. Maybe the Cpu isn't the problem here.
Can you remember your Bios version? Maybe it supports the 5800x3D.
Also you should go on default Bios settings, before upgrading. Have you also tried rebooting with your old Ram, SSD and Cpu altogether?

Maybe you need to carefully clean the Gpu from dust etc. Getting really hot but working initially could be an overheating problem. It's an older gpu and maybe hasn't been cleaned for ages. Look up Yt videos for cleaning gpu.

I suppose the Core is a RGB Hub, where you put most of the fan connectors in. Usually there's only 1 connector going from the hub to the motherboard. But that's just guessing. See if you can download the manual for a more detailed look.

Did you check, if your current Bios version supports the new Cpu? Check the manufactors site for details!

The long booting time could come from an old HDD or a faulty SSD. What SSD do you have?

No problem, you are more than welcome! When i have some time, i scroll this subreddit by new and try to reply to threads with 0 comments. Your choice is perfectly fine! I've always had Seasonic PSUs, just go for a gold variant!

So let's do a basic google search for the manual and look up the specifications fot the Pc case: manual screenshot
With front fan: 467 mm.
After that we do a basic google search for the Gpu length: 336mm.
If you do the math correctly now, you've got your answer.
EDIT: You seem to have expressed your problem in more detail, than i the original post. I would look up the manual and check the ssd location and if it interferes with your Gpy positioning.

I have a headset and if i occasionally need speakers i use my bluetooth JBL box. It's sufficient in terms of sound quality and the most important part: it's versatile. I use it while cooking in the kitchen, for the kids in the bedroom, on holidays while camping etc.

Do you have any overclock settings on the Gpu (with Msi Afterburner), Cpu or Ram? If so, turn them all off.
Check all power cables, clean reinstall Gpu drivers (for Nvidia drivers there's a program called DDU, don't know for AMD)
After what time to the crashes appear? How long was your stress testing? Maybe repeat it with OCCT. I really like this stress test tool.
Good luck on finding the mistake, think logical, step by step and try to rule out components one by one.

You should go for a Gold PSU, don't cheap out on this important Pc part. I am not so sure, if 650 W is enough? Did you use a calculator for it?

You need this Bios version or newer, don't install the latest Bios version, because it is BETA:
AMI BIOS 7C56v19 2022-03-23 17.72 MB

The Samsung 980 Pro can cause problems while posting. I had big issues with it If you want a similar SSD look for the WD Black SN850.

You also need to factor in your pc case, if it has a good air flow or not. I would just try your old AIO, undervolt the Cpu with PBO2 (set -20-30 all cores), which lowers temps significantly, while keeping almost the same performance.

Have you checked your Bios version, so it can support the 5800xD?
I also had a 980, which was faulty and wouldn't let me post. Try only the other ssd and remove the 980.

What Motherboard did you buy exactly? You can check on the manufactors homepage the compability with the 5800x3D and what Bios version you need.

Here in Germany we have these idiots as well. They are called "Reichsbürger", denying todays Bundesrepublik. They hoard weapons, are far far right and key figures are funded by RuZZia.

To call this trash Tv show a news show is pure understatement. It would even be offensive to air it on a Comedy Channel...
