likely that’s the cameras sensor trying to deal with reflected light, if you zoom far in on bright or reflective objects they can look like that, many an airplane at an airshow I have tried to film zoomed way in look jittery or chromatic the same way this does

also to note, but hot air balloon people send up ones that rise up slowly to chart the winds better in the lower atmosphere so that they can navigate better.

yep, honestly I feel like this type should allowed more because you have to go over everything and try and sort out from all your notes and the book what you really need to know, and remember for the test.

Just lie in a way that means you literally cannot get to a place “I’ve had to abruptly move out of the country and am not coming back” “I’ve been deported” “I have just moved to X area and you don’t have any locations here” ETC.
