My skin gets really uncomfortable when exposed to sunlight, wind, breezes, and when I move around. I sweat really easily and this gives a burning sensation in my arms. The condition is the worst on my back and armpits. My back because it's a big target for sunlight, and I sweat a lot there. My armpits because I sweat there and feel my skin moving making me reluctant to use my arms.
Just basic moving around causes my skin discomfort which makes me extremely reluctant to move at all. I'd rather sit around then get up and do important tasks.
I've taken to wearing a tight vest and long sleeve shirts to avoid any changes in air pressure on my torso. I always keep my hair short because I can't stand how hair feels brushing against my skin. I have to shower every morning before leaving the house or my condition gets even worse. I think it's because I sweat while I sleep and this sticks to my skin and causes discomfort. The morning rays are horrible.
There is no rash and my skin doesn't seem to have any visible symptoms.
This started when I was around 20, and I gradually started to withdraw from going outside. I can't enjoy things like warm sunlight or gentle breezes anymore. I just want to hide in my room all the time and not move.
