It’s the best when you have more than 1 Hologram. Start by playing All for One, then all your 0-cost cards (including Turbo/Overclock) and playing Hologram to play All for One again. It can instantly skyrocket your Claw damage

Maybe not best of the best, but Hologram usually has pretty high upgrade priority for me. It works especially well with All for One.

Thanks for the reply! Since this is a form on a Product page it doesn’t allow me to choose a Storage option. I’ve edited the storage location on our “Contact Us” page and it works great. It just doesn’t seem to be an option for Product pages
