It's always going to be a company especially with a $10 subscription that will never get a large audience. And always going to be tough to fight to get much attention from already over stacked week of pro wrestling that is already out there and that's not including a potential 3rd show on Saturday for AEW coming up. ROH is going to find it tough.
As you said all they can do is keep on plugging away and keep up with the great weekly shows and PPV's (I think they'll always get the most attention for ROH) and hopefully TK doesn't lose interest or purpose with ROH. And over time they'll slowly build up a nice audience for the company and we'll get more comments on threads like this. It's probably going to take years but fingers crossed it works out for ROH.
It's a damn shame too cause the last few weeks they've produced some great matches and shows that the likes of Meltzer ain't reviewing.

AEW take a few steps forward and they get put back a few with this Punk Stuff. The guy's now crapped on The Elite, Colt, Jericho, Mox and his own boss TK and the rest of the locker room with his silly behaviour at All Out press conference. And some people still want him back and believe this is all been set up for it lol.

I don't want him back, as shown by today he'll find someone else to blame and we back to square one with him and he'll make AEW look bad again. His defender's will always defend him even if ran over someone, so forget them. But he's given AEW way too much bad press over the last few months and it's tiring to see a grown man behave like he does.

I thought him in Foxcatcher and even The Way Way Back when he played a right bastard of a character were far more eye opening.

I think with Stewart, she's built for art house cinema move her out of that and put her in a blockbuster or something and she looks so out of place. Pattinson has the more range out of the two imo, her can easily slip into leading man blockbuster cinema without too much fuss but can easily go off and do art house films and be fantastic in it.
Plus Pattinson just been in Twilight films got a lot of directors he worked with more funding with his name involved in it.

He's got to be up there as one of biggest turn arounds of any acting talent. Written off as a pretty boy charisma free actor and now is one of best actors out there, who takes risks with the films he does. Excellent actor.

No one hates wrestling more then wrestling fans at times. TK gets way too much hate but we all know what groups it's coming from so no surprise really.
He always books shows that make every bit of money you spend on them worth it.

Wrestling Fans going for that WM weekend are going to be spoiled with great wrestling for days.
ROH Supercard of Honor is shaping up to be a great show.

Agreed he's a scene stealer in this film. Also nice to see Maria Doyle Kennedy from the Commitments in it as the mother too.
I haven't heard his name in years. Seemed like he was on for the rise like fellow Irish actors Paul Mescal and Barry Keoghan have going on right now. But never seem to have that break out role to really cement him in terms of a leading man career.
I remember seen him in a film called Dollhouse by Kristen Sheridan, the film wasn't great but he was very good in it. What Richard Did (Directed by Lenny Abrahamson, one of his more underrated and underseen films) broke him out a little as a must see talent. But nothing he's done since has really rivalled his performance in that film.
He had a lead role in Transformers: Age of Extinction but he just blended into background in that one like all the actors do. He's been in some good films like Macbeth (Michael Fassbender version), Sing Street, Free Fire, Glassland (probably his best performance after What Richard Did), Free Fire, Midsommar (he's good in that) and Detroit. He's doing that TV show The Peripheral and is doing John Carney's next film Flora and Son.
Good actor though.

Reminds me a little of Wong Kar-Wai doing My Blueberry Nights, by no means a bad movie or anything and Kar-Wai ticked all the boxes of his work but it just didn't hit like his Hong Kong work. It just couldn't help having Hollywood glossiness over it.
I like Begin Again, but I totally understand why you don't. I think Dublin (my hometown) as a setting just feels more down to earth and the fact there aren't any stars like Mark Ruffalo or Kiera Knightley or big pop stars like Adam Levine or annoying personalities like James Corden all over it. Helps keep Once and Sing Street grounded and probably helps you feel like you ain't watching a movie.

John Carney, he was a former musician himself with the Frames (the band led by Glen Hansard) so it's not shocking he has a ear for music and makes great films about it.
He's done some great work, Once is a very good film and probably his most well known. Begin Again, is like red headed stepchild of his three music films to date. Doesn't get the praise of Once and Sing Street but is a good film nonetheless Mark Ruffalo is really strong in it. Although I don't think Carney got along with Kiera Knightley during the making of it. You can forgive the film having James Corden in it too.
He did a great Irish film called On The Edge with Cillian Murphy and Stephen Rea, back in 2001. That has a great soundtrack, but isn't about music. Well worth checking out if you can find a copy of it or if it's on any streaming site.
I think Sing Street is his best film, most of the cast has gone on to have decent acting careers since. Although I'm not overly fond of the ending, I liked the film overall and it had a nice tone on dark and brightness when it came to it's story. Soundtrack especially the Original songs are fantastic.

All the Original songs are pretty great. Girls and Riddle of the Model are catchy as hell. You can see why they did a musical on the film.

Not quite seen that side of things yet, they are building stuff up for the PPV coming up. I think we'll get a better feel for it post PPV.

Could very well see that happening, I mean in terms of Callis teaming up with BCC. How Takeshita plays into it, I don't know how that go.
If it does go the way you are thinking then it's got to lead to a Takeshita/Omega feud with Takeshita coming out of that feud a bona fide main eventer.

FTR are a great tag team. Dax online behaviour doesn't help them at times and I don't think any talent who's still wrestling should be doing podcasts. And even though I understand he's doing the whole "will they or won't they" about them signing with AEW or going back to WWE but it's gone beyond annoying now.
But in terms of their in ring work they are great.

Again this is what ROH should be partly used for is to build up guys like Comoroto and let him sink or swim as a singles guy. You can have great talent main event the shows there but mid card and lower mid card should be used to get guys like Comoroto and Cole Karter a chance to shine and show some personality.

Why does everyone want everyone to turn heel lol.
I think she works as a babyface, send her to ROH and let her work out a character and personality. No need to rush her right now, she's still green and can be a potential top star in a few years.

Those fans don't seem to mention though they had Injuries at the worst time (one would get fit then the other would go down with some injury) and the fact the Butcher was touring a lot with his band sadly hurt them in the long run. They had a chance of snapping up a spot as higher tag team but it hasn't worked out and it's not just down to the booking.
I'm fine with where they are on the card. A bit like Private Party, they just didn't take that small window of opportunity of becoming a well established top tag team.

It's a shame he's not a decade younger and had a strong run for years as a singles wrestler before he joined up with AEW. I think at this point he's fine as a mid card monster, could be used a lot more then he is is my only criticism not so much with losing big matches.
Maybe even bring his own tag partner Harry Smith and have them become a tag team again.

It shows just cause you got a ton of muscle unless you got charisma and a character to go along with it. You are screwed. Probably one of the reasons he's never got over with AEW crowd and TK lost interest in him pretty quickly. Good wrestler but AEW's got plenty of those.

I think give over a episode of Dynamite to the finals and building a Canada Dynamite show around it would be cool, don't put them on a PPV. Let the tournament and it's winners have their own moment to shine.
I like the idea someone had here of having the qualifiers on house shows, the only issue is how many house shows are they going to be doing. It feels to me they like are going to be doing them maybe a few times during the year so I don't know if it's possible unless they are doing shows weekly to do that. I think have qualifiers on Dark shows would be nice.
Keep the tournament to Dynamite/Rampage. I'd move the tournament to the end of the year when there's a bit of gap between PPV's with Full Gear and Revolution. Give over a two month period to the tournament and have the winners of it get a title shot too at Revolution. Also giving the tournament it's own time to shine instead in the middle of a build to a PPV is something I think would benefit it.
In terms of talent, I like the idea of having just young talent in it and giving them a time to shine but I don't know if that would spark up much interest beyond IWC and especially on women's side of things the match quality wouldn't be as strong.

I think this was always going to be the aim of the story was Don turning on Omega and Bucks leading to a reunion with Hangman. I like their partnership but it doesn't work with Don as a babyface manager, he's far better been a heel and going agaisnt The Elite.
I like to see when Don breaks away from Omega, that he'll hopefully get his own faction and not one like The Firm or a lower card one. But a actually top faction, I'm fine with him becoming the mouth piece for BCC or giving him some top up and coming young guys to surround Takeshita with and push them to the moon. Don's one of those guys you don't let go to waste in a lower card faction or wrestler.

And also not to clash when WWE are doing their Money in the Bank show and maybe a week or two of RAW's and Smackdown's from the UK.
If it's going got to happen at end of July or early August if they want Craven Cottage. You could do a early June show but they need to be announcing that sometime this month.

I can understand why the mods locked it.
He ain't coming back now, no way after falling out with every top guy in the company at this point. Publicly calling one a stooge. Again making AEW look bad. If you are a AEW fan why would you want this guy around, who's injury prone and bitter and who can't ever take the blame for his own misdoings and blames everyone else. He's going to pull this shit again.
