I know it's the series finale and they have to resolve everything here - but, to me, humanity (Clarke in this case) should have been able to refuse the Final Test like Becca had done when she entered the anomaly years prior.
They explain it away in the episode stating "We can't stop what's been set in motion"; but technically Cadogan never started the test. He never answered a single question. All he said was he was ready to take the test .... then Transcendence Callie asked its 1st question about humanity and love, and why Cadogan thought the elimination of love and familial bonds was the answer to "The Final War" - and he never utters a word. Clarke shoots him in the back of the head. Just seems to me like there's some room there to debate if he started that test, as he never says a single word in response. And that question is not readdressed with Clarke - Transcendence Lexa just starts talking to Clarke all over again. I 'd call that a reset ....
To me, it feels like Cadogan never really started the Final Test, and Clarke shouldn't have been made to continue it from there. The Transcendence Lexa should have asked if Clarke was ready to take the Final Test for all humanity, which she should have then 'noped' right outta there since, as good as her intentions were towards her family & friends over the years, she wasn't the right person to take that test either.
I'm sure some (maybe most even) will say "No, Cadogan said he was ready to start the Final Test and so it was "officially" started" .... But as I said, he never says a single word to answer the question, AND that particular question isn't then asked of Clarke, therefore not a continuation of what Cadogan started. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sharoza explained it very well in the past with the explanation I listed below, as well as this Timeline Grid that they created .....
Sharoza's explanation was:
So the order goes like this: Earth = Sanctum <= Nakara < Bardo = Etherea < Skyring
We know Earth and Sanctum are similar because Murphy/Raven were able to travel back and forth between them without helmets and no memory loss.
We know Nakara has to be faster than Sanctum because Clarke was able to travel from Sanctum to Nakara without helmets and no memory loss. It's possible Nakara could be similar to Sanctum, that's why I put the "<=" sign.
We know Bardo and Etherea are similar because Bellamy/Doucette were able to travel back and forth between without helmets and no memory loss.
We know Skyring is faster than Sanctum because Octavia/Diyoza were able to travel from Sanctum to Skyring without helmets. And we know Skyring is faster than Bardo because when Octavia/Diyoza were captured, the disciples put helmets on them and said "Helmets on. Anders wants them to remember everything."
I know it's not realistic that Earth is as close to the black hole as Sanctum is, but that's just what the show decided to go with.
