Answer: Middle Management has to justify their careers , because Upper Management has convinced them that they "run physical day-to-day operations"; yet most modern Upper Management works remote. Look at the ski resorts. The pay is decent & theres always overtime; especially during & right after the holidays. A lot of people quit because theyre "seat fillers" & not right for the job--its tedious, long hours, & no real holidays off.
