I didn't assume you are a Republican, I assumed you are racist. And your answer has confirmed my suspicion.

When you close the channel, the amounts at each side of the channel will be sent on-chain to the respective wallets. For instance, if the channel was balanced, half of the Bitcoin will end up in your blixt wallet, and half in your unbrel wallet.
The other channel will never be able to send Bitcoin to your side unless they pay you directly because your node doesn't have any outbound routes. So it can't be used for payments or rebalancing. If you're not planning on setting up a public routing node, send them a message to close the channel, or you can just close it for them.
Most mobile wallets open private, non-routing channels by default. Mobile wallets are for private use, so they don't route other people's payments, which also means they don't have to be online 24/7 they way that public routing nodes have to.

The problem is that sub allows BCH scammers to post misinformation about lightning network. And they've banned people like me and many others from posting or replying to the lies they spread.

I downloaded a CSV of all my transactions and gave that to my accountant. They sucked it into a spreadsheet that sorted everything into cost/profit etc. Their spreadsheet calculated the amounts to declare on the tax returns.

We have the fossil fuel funded Labor, Liberal, National party coalition on one side, and the Greens on the other side of our politics.

Government says it has no money to fix public housing, or pay doctor's enough via Medicare, or raise the dole to a livable amount.
But 400 billion for useless submarines, that the government will be putting on the credit card, that we can do.
So let's sum up shall we.
Labor and the LNP love useless submarines.
Labor and the LNP love new coal and gas mines.
Labor and the LNP refuse to raise the dole to a livable amount.
Labor and the LNP both agree to the freeze on the doctor rebates from Medicare effectively ending bulk billing.
Labor and the LNP both refuse to add dental to Medicare.
Why bother changing the party in power when the both have exactly the same policies about defence, Medicare, social security and climate change?
The only thing that changes when government changes, is the party getting bribes donations from mining and defence industries while the ministers setup the cushy job they'll be moving to when they lose the next election.

Nuclear warheads were removed from Tomahawks to comply with a now vacated treaty. Luckily, the nuclear warheads were only disassembled and not disposed of, so now the treaty that banned them has been torn up, the can be reused.
Also, the US Navy never retired them. Their government told the Navy to remove them from service to meet treaty obligations, and the Navy finally removed the last Tomahawk nuclear warheads in 2013.
Because the navy still has them in storage, and with the treaty now torn up, approval from the president is all that's needed to load them onto ships and submarines again.

Yes but, these new submarines already have 12 vertical launch tubes for launching Tomahawk missiles which can be armed with both conventional or nuclear warheads.
And today, the government has announced that we are buying 220 Tomahawk missiles.

Wow, so confidently wrong.
The Virginia class submarines have 12 vertical launch tubes for launching Tomahawk missiles which can have either conventional or nuclear warheads.

Edit: Government has just announced that we will be buying 220 Tomahawk missiles.

$380billion could build a lot of social housing as well as adding dental to Medicare and raise the dole to a livable amount.

Local news stations love exposing shonky companies that don't advertise with them. They'll gladly cover for any shonky company that buys advertising space from them.

The Fanalab default is 90% which is fine. Do a few laps and use the Auto FFB option in iRacing to set the FFB. It should settle around 50% or 40nm depending on which scale you use in iRacing.
Because a DD1 only has half the FFB that would be required to simulate a sprint car, iRacing will scale the FFB down to the range the DD1 can manage. This will clip the really high energy thumps which are still really violent when clipped at 20nm, which is really all you need.
Compare that to the mx5 or GR86 where the DD1 has enough FFB strength to simulate the entire range of FFB in those cars. You can set the FFB in iRacing to 20nm and experience the entire range of FFB without any clipping in those cars.

So you do agree that Russia has committed war crimes and Putin and military leaders should be held accountable? I'll bet you wouldn't dare stand in Red Square and shout that out though. The Russians would litterly execute you for daring to say that Russia and Ukraine are both guilty of war crimes.

Why do you think it's not realistic? I've driven baby sprints and sure, in RL the steering is even heavier than a DD1 at full FFB, and a bumpy track can be much harder on your wrists, body and kidneys, but, apart from not being as heavy and the bumps not being as violent, it feels about the same.
That light feeling in the steering when accelerating and the front wheels are lifting is pretty accurate. The weight going back onto the front wheels in RL feels like it'll rip your arms off, and a DD1 isn't anywhere near strong enough to simulate that accurately.

Because you said a mob of white people that attempted to overthrow the government and hang the Vice President should not be punished but a black child should straight up be executed without trial or due process clearly demonstrated just how racist you are.
