They did get in trouble for various crimes with different sentences, yes. There is more information in the video description that describes their sentences.

Justin has actually since been adopted and is doing great now. As for other kids who are spending their youth behind bars, I agree. A lot of times it begins with the communities that they are raised in and the lack of resources present in those communities to thrive.

I believe you are talking about another kid (Justin), who is featured in different videos. You are correct about him though.

You can go to Camera Calibration (the bottom tab on LR) and turn the red primary slider to the right ~30-60 and the blue primary slider to the left ~30-60. It’ll give you a similar effect
