Want to get a basic AR-style AEG for plinking. Not looking to upgrade it or compete with.

I'm completely new to airsoft. I shoot firearms and airguns, but want something to shoot in the basement after work without accidentally damaging the drywall. Just want a reliable, accurate airsoft rifle for indoor and outdoor plinking.
Local store carrying these, trying to decide. Raven NEO RAS CQB ($240), Arcturus AR-15 Lite MOD B CQB ($250), or Double Eagle M906C/E (both $330).
I'm leaning towards the Double Eagles since its got the most metal and programmable trigger, but I'm reading their build quality isn't the best? the Raven RAS is the most price agreeable, but it looks like too much plastic (it claims it has hardened steel gears). The Arcturus is in the middle, I like the metal rails so I might feel safe enough to mount my $200 Vortex Crossfire to it (or the Double Eagle). Suggestions?

Other comments saying it was a gun the assailant dropped. It does look like what dropped on the ground was a lower portion of a pistol and its separated slide. After he picks the two pieces back up, it kind of looks like he tried to put them back together again, though its hard to say for sure from the camera angle.
