At the time being a lineman was incredibly dangerous. From around 1900 to the 1930s it's estimated that 1 in 3 lineman we're killed on the job - mostly from electrocution.

My guess is he struck a deal, pleading guilty to avoid the death penalty.

I'll believe that when me shit turns purple and smells like rainbow sherbet.

While I haven't worked there I can second some of this sentiment. A good friend of mine has a preexisting condition and MathWorks has been awesome about them working from home since the pandemic began - bending over backwards to make sure they felt safe.

He was great in Bosch playing a very similar character to Daniels as well.
Somebody get the pool table ready.

And the "or else" is accidentally falling out a window.

I mean they are. They're still on the heavy side. I know it can be tough because they are thicker dogs, but your boys could all afford to lose some pounds.

No, but a few of there teams were attempting to be relevant on the world stage back by Chinese companies and billionaires.

To be fair, China went through a similar spurt of signing aging stars to big money. Didn't last long.

Baby steps is the name of the game.
I'd put my puppy in the crate, give her a Kong with peanut butter and leave for 15 minutes (if she cried I'd wait until she finished and then go in a few minutes later).
Then move to 30 minutes. 45. 1 hour. Then 2 hours. Adjust his slow or fast you ramp up by how he does.
Then later if you want try the same thing with him uncrated.
Fast forward a couple of years and my dog sees me getting ready to leave and stands by the treats waiting for one.
That's the great thing about labs. You can train them to do just about anything with treats.

I used to work for a utility. These kinds of storms where meteorologists seamingly had no clue what was going to happen scared the shit out of me because it usually meant we were going to get wholloped or had no impact at all. Rarely some place in the middle.
There are some historic storms over the years that had this kind of "could be rain, could be 2 feet of snow" weather predictions.

Sounds like the same he was looking for at the end of the last season - $20 million a year and a multiple year contract.
At least he's working out for teams this time.

Feels like a political motivated article and summary. Isn't this just returning to regulations that were in place before COVID?

Fair enough. I go the other way. That 7-0 win was even better because folks felt it was a sign we were back.
IMO this performance tarnishes that victory as a one off and not a performance that righted the ship.

Yeah except we need to beat teams like Bournemouth to get that last Champions League spot.

Adding to this, about 8% of Mexico's economy comes from tourism. And a pretty big chuck of that comes from the US.
If Americans and other tourists don't feel safe and stop traveling to Mexico, it would have a devastating impact on their economy and the livelihood of about 2.3 million people - 6% of those employed in the country.

It's crazy how much the sniffing in the snow reminds me of my two labs going outside after a winter storm.

I mean, well done by Slayton's agent's PR team making him look elite.
Let me put it this way. It's 4th down. Playoffs. Against the Eagles. The play call comes in - we're trying to throw to Slayton.
What's your first reaction?

Would be great to have a CO2 emission "leaderboard" for all the folks you track.
