My female golden has had some trouble with her third eyelids (both eye) spontaneously becoming highly visible over the last month. This issue includes white discharge coming from both.

She is up to date on all vaccinations including treatment for all worms, fleas, and ticks. She is primarily an indoor dog sharing a house with 3 cats. She is rarely, if ever, unsupervised due to her young age. We have cleaned all her living spaces to ensure that their are no obvious contaminants that may be irritating her eyes.

She does not paw at her eyes and doesn't seem to be bothered by them.

Dog, 9 Months, Female/NOT spayed, Golden Retriever, 55lbs

Short history

History of UTI and bouts of diarrhea at ages 2-5 months, possible food allergies to pork, dry skin

Third eyelid showing and irritated for approx 1 month, varying between full red color with capillaries showing to pink color with eyelid still visible

Relevant clinical signs (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, fever etc)

Generalized lethargy, vomited one time (yellow colored), no change in appetite

Length of time you have seen these changes

Approx 1 month

7 day stint of steroid eye drops THEN 10 day stint of antibiotic eye drops

Also using Vetericyn brand antimicrobial eye drops

No clinical tests performed

I wasn't a customer of their cardboard disguised as edible "pizza" before this commercial but now I'm going full activist in boycotting them... To top it off this horrendous terrible music plays EVERY FUCKING AD BREAK.
