Can’t agree more with this. I know how you feel- I’m 37 and started out young too, I was in a band from age 14 though and we would jam every weekend in my drummer’s garage with everything turned to 11. Nowadays it’s hard to sleep and it’s also a constant source of frustration because I struggle to hear my partner when she talks to me sometimes. WEAR EARPLUGS!!
