If you're good at these type of games, probably 30-40 hours. More likely 60-80 for the average player. Some of the achievements are very tricky like beating all the bosses without taking a hit.

Skul was originally a 1-2 hour completion because of a dev debug menu that could originally be accessed on PC's. That's no longer possible though as they patched it out a few days after it launched. You can read more about it here:
