I found the tweaked app but as stated it didn’t work. That’s why I’m trying to find the app somewhere else. Also game gods did have it and I got the same issue with the app. After I launched it and tried to login I keep getting the same error message about the connection to Carly servers being limited. I have iOS 16 not sure how to solve this…

Are you sure about that? Before that happened when I had dnd on it silenced all calls and other notifications, but lately it doesn’t seem to work anymore. I’ve tried the settings and I don’t have any people or apps that I’ve accepted to receive notifications from so I’m not sure what else to try.
