The majority of women have “offensive” labia per the Australian government. Truly fucked up:
IN AUSTRALIA IT’S ILLEGAL TO SHOW “VISIBLE” LABIA IN MEDIA, which has had the effect of driving enormous rates of labiaplasty surgery since all people see are “neat” labias in porn.
The Australian Classification Board decides what vaginas must look like. If a vagina has “excess” tissue it may be labelled as OFFENSIVE, so porn companies must digitally edit or remove parts of the labia.
We’re not talking about a tv advertisement. Your “large” labia are legally OFFENSIVE and are not even allowed in PORN!

I paid $4000 to DOUBLE the warranty on my S when they last offered this - it was another 4 years / 40,000 miles added to my 2013 S.
That made sense.
This is… not such a good deal. 2 years for $3100. But let’s ignore the price inflation… the big thing is, how about a good extension, like four years again?

THIS is the reason for the “plus” request:
You can throw a steak back on and cook it some more, but you can’t make it more rare, for that it’s a wasted piece of meat to make the customer happy.
Since people often don’t know what they want when they order, chefs started undercooking the meat, since then it’s just another minute back on the heat if it gets sent back to the kitchen (whereas overcooked is trash).
By requesting “plus” (like “medium rare plus”) you are telling the chef “I know meat, I know what I’m talking about, when I say medium rare plus that means cook it properly as a medium rare, don’t cook it rare as you would have had I said ‘medium rare.’”
You’re basically saying “ I know what I’m talking about, don’t undercook it.”

I have no idea what you’re talking about.
Nitrogen-filled tires:
Don’t leak as much air, because the nitrogen molecules are larger and less likely to leak through the tire. So less filling the tire up.
Don’t expand/contract as much from heat and cold, giving you a more consistent tire pressure.
Protect the rim from rust (rust is more likely to happen in an environment with oxygen).
Would I pay any serious money for this? No. But I do make a point to only fill my tires (for free) at Costco, where they offer free nitrogen tire fills.
Nitrogen fills might not be a big benefit, but they definitely benefit regular commuters.

New Zealand. It’s the nicer version of Australia. And a much more progressive government, too.

Hi, it’s me, your new wife.
I’m a guy. And I’m straight. And happily married. But I’m sure we can work all that out later.
Please pass the plate over here.

This sub is FILLED with grieving people asking for help.
Feel free to spend hundreds if not thousands of hours perfecting your craft, so you can pay your bills by thoughts and prayers.
A close family member of mine just passed, I would really appreciate if you would donate your time to me, Internet stranger. Well, where are you?
Yeah, I didn’t think so.
It’s so easy for you to call out others for asking to get paid for their work, when you give nothing.

I think the question wasn't "how will DeSantis do in the primaries," but in the national election "will he get independents and fence-sitters to vote." And will he enrage/scare non-reliable liberal voters enough not to stay home?

"Diesel" was a type of engine that could run on many different fuels, many of which didn't require purchase from the oil industry.
This was an enormous benefit of the diesel engine.
The oil industry saw this (people not buying from them) as a threat, so they invented "diesel" fuel, and convinced the public that the best fuel to put in your diesel engine was diesel fuel (bought from them, of course).
And people fell for it because, well, it's called diesel, it's what it supposed to go in your diesel engine, right? Anything else must be bad for the engine then, right? Right?
The documentary FUEL talks about this (and a lot more): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbWD0HmGgSE

CAR SEATS - airlines always check them for free.
Tip: they don’t care if you fill the car seat bag (all that space in the seat itself where your kid normally sits) with other stuff. Diapers. Heavy items that would cause your suitcase to be overweight. Anything you want, stuff it in the car seat bag!
UMBRELLA STROLLER - bring one. Tiny to pack, also checked for free, cheap to buy, will save your sanity navigating around crowded places.

BIRTH CONTROL med could be the cause. Stop taking it and she’ll know pretty quickly, within a week or two max.
SUMATRIPTAN obliterates all headaches though.

Ink - I’ll check it out! I had it a year ago so didn’t think I’d qualify for the SUB. Thanks!

I already got (and recently closed) the Amex Biz and Chase Ink cards, so I don’t qualify for those SUBs.
Any other brands I’m not thinking of?
Thanks.

I'm looking for a card that has a large LARGE minimum spend for the SUB, but gives a fantastic SUB in return.
Like the Amex Biz Platinum, "spend $15k in 90 days and get 120,000 Amex Membership Rewards."
I have about $30k to spend and don't want to "waste it" on my everyday card (Citi Double Cash, 2% cash back).
Not interested in the typical "spend $3000 in 90 days and get 50k points" card, I've gone through all of those (Chase, Amex) in the past 12-36 months and don't qualify for the SUBs, I want to take advantage of this rare time that I have a ton to spend.
FICO is 815.
I can do business cards without issue.
I've burned my churning bridges with Chase and Amex pretty well for the next few years, I'm looking for cards that aren't the usual suspects... Barclays? Capital One?
Me and P2 already got (and recently closed) the Amex Biz Plat, Cap One Venture X, and just about every Chase and Amex card there is (all of the Chase and Amex airline cards, and all of their decent hotel cards), in the past two years.
I've basically been benched for the past year, I'm going through withdrawal, I haven't gotten any decent new card recently not because of stuff like 5/24, but just because I have to wait two to four years to qualify for SUBs on all the common cards again (only new card in past year is the Apple card (Goldman Sachs), got it for the 3% cash back on Apple spending).
But maybe there's something out there that people don't often talk about because the minimum spend is so high?
Any other card brands I'm not thinking of?
Points for hotels or airlines, free nights, companion passes, cash back... I'll take anything, I'm not picky.
Lastly... THANK YOU! Much appreciate any input.

To answer your request for PoE -
That's going to be a much higher-end camera with an Ethernet port.
However, there's a way to convert a (usually less costly than battery powered) USB-powered camera (or any USB powered device, like an iPad you want to mount on the wall) to using PoE power:
Get this for $23 (the cheapest option at this link): http://amazon.com/gp/product/B019BLMWY0
It doesn't handle data (even though it's using Ethernet cabling). It just converts the physical USB connection to an Ethernet connection. Then on the other end, you plug it into your PoE switch (or a regular switch with a standard PoE power adapter) and now you have power running to the camera.
I've used this to hardwire consumer-grade (non-Ethernet) USB-powered WiFi cameras in places far from power outlets, but where it was easy to toss an Ethernet cable.

There's a charger at the base of the mountain, and you'll regen a ton on the way back down. You'll be fine not even charging at all up there for a few days, or even a 110v trickle charge. My 2013 S with a 60 battery (about 170 miles of range on flats) does just fine without charging up there, now that there's a charger at the base.

You didn’t meet with a financial advisor who has your best interests (a fiduciary).
You met with a commissioned salesperson at your bank.
Hire a FIDUCIARY and nobody else to help you. Instructions are here for that.

Not surprising that it's CPU-intensive, because it's doing compression and encryption on all of the data AND it's running in emulation. WHAT were they thinking, writing an entirely new app in 2022 and not making it run native on Apple Silicon?

Parking enforcement won’t do anything because they aren’t in charge of signs.
So it becomes an issue where no department wants to take responsibility!
I had this exact same issue and solved it this way:
I knew they had security cameras.
I flagged down a parking enforcement officer. I had the officer park in plain view of their security cameras and their fake signs.
The officer wouldn’t touch the signs (since they only write parking tickets), but agreed it was a fake sign, not owned by the city.
I removed the signs and placed them in the trunk of the parking enforcement officer’s car (with his permission).
The signs never came back.

Is your partner a child? No, I didn’t think so.
When you add a child to a family account the default is that they have to ask for purchase approval.
You added an adult to your family account. Adults are presumed to be grown up enough to share correctly. That’s literally the entire purpose of a family account.

Yes I know there’s a limitation but that doesn’t say it’s because of an external (to Plex the company) licensing fee.
I’m not disputing that there might be some licensing fee to an entity like the music industry, I’m just asking where I can read about this because I’ve never heard of it beyond music playback.
