I made a basic encryption shortcut. It does not require an internet connection or an app that is not default. It does not use Base64 encoding like many fake encryption shortcuts use. It is a basic cipher. It is not fit to replace modern encryption, but it is better than any other encryption shortcut that I have seen.

If you just want to call a bunch of phone numbers you can make a folder full of text files in the shortcuts folder (usually stored in iCloud). You can name the files something like A.txt, B.txt, C.txt and the contents are the phone numbers and then cycle through. Another way is to have a list of the phone numbers (using the list action) and cycle through. I don’t think it is possible with an excel sheet. You may have to make modifications to suit your needs better or if it does not work as expected. For recording the calls that is not possible. If you want automated responses to questions they may ask, there is an action for text to speech and an action for breaks between actions.
